It was in an interesting part of town. I think we were in Little China, it was kind of interesting. The front desk staff was very helpful. They have a free shuttle to the airport which was great! The rooms were clean and a nice big shower.

The breakfast was not very good, most of the dishes were cold and when I said something the lady touched it with a spoon and said, "not cold". The restaurant staff was not very nice. Some of the poolside bar staff made me feel like I was bothering them asking them for things. It would be a great place to stay if you were visiting the Genocide Museum.

ONRA is a very good hotel. Excellent service, staff, and facilities. Our flight was delayed 24 hours in Seoul and they extended us the night we missed without question. When the hotel only had a few guests, we had an excellent a la carte breakfast (I recommend the Eggs Benedict and croissants). When there were more guests, it was a very good buffet.

Unfortunately for ONRA, a very tacky, loud, and inconsiderate Chinese restaurant/club opened up acress the street which prevents anyone staying in rooms overlooking street 310 from getting any rest. I can recommend this hotel but ask for rooms farther away from street 310 if you enjoy peace and quiet. ONRA was built with single pane windows, which I could never understand given the heat, humidity, and noise of Asian cities.

We loved this hotel! It's all brand new and so they're eager to please. It's very good value considering you get a big, studio type room, great breakfast (quite cheffy), plus a beautiful rooftop pool which is amazing for sunset over Phnom Penh. Its a 3 or 4 minute walk to the genocide museum and it was refreshing to be central but not be in "backpacker central" which felt quite dirty and sordid when we passed through it. Overall standard of hotel and reception staff were superb. Clean. Good breakfast.

The two girls who run the pool and pool bar area. Constantly on their phones/social media playing personal music etc super loud. Would then put the pool music on louder to cover this. Not relaxing at all. When asked if they could turn it down. They did so but no customer service. Not interested in serving drinks etc.... Location wasn't right for me bit too far out and difficult to walk anywhere.

The breakfast has a good spread and even an egg station. It has also porridge/ congee. Large rooms, the receptionist and staff are helpful. Near to Teul Genocide museum and russian market. There are good choices of restaurants around the vicinity. The electric sockets are international sockets, no need to bring power adaptor. They are really equipped including projector on level 13, so you can really have your corporate meetings. Never add photos of room as the hotel is new and as shown in the booking.com photos.

Address in Grab is street 320 instead of 310 when you type Onra hotel. Door not soundproof enough and thus when neighbours are noisy, you don't get good rest. Swimming pool is too small for swimming. Lifts should be programmed to be in the middle floors, rather just the ground floor, leading to long waiting times.

Absolute gem. First of all - it's pretty new and not worn off. Spacious rooms, bed is comfortable, nice staff, clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. Wifi was alright, nice bathroom. I stayed there a few days and If I have discovered it at the beginning of my trip, I would never looked for another place to stay, but stayed there during my whole time in PP. Overall - very good stay.

There is nothing in particular, that comes to my mind. Maybe just a couple of things, but that's the common issue in CA - the breakfast buffet could be better. And the price could be cheaper, but again - it's quite expensive in PP when it comes to nice hotel's accommodation.

New brand hotel with great location, the room is beautiful designed with big space.

This hotel is newly renovated and feels very prestigious considering its price point. We were extremely comfortable here. Its proximity to the Tuol Sleng museum is a bonus (though after visiting there, you might not feel so comfortable staying so close).

We had lunch in the top floor restaurant and I ordered a coffee. After a bit of deliberation and some confusion, it was decided that they would source me a latte from the ground floor cafe. I suggest having the same coffee making facilities up in the restaurant too. Perhaps add some restrictors to the windows so that they cannot open so wide.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Very well equipped. The room was very specious and light. The had a nice rooftop swimming pool. Staff were polite. Despite the minor shortcomings I recommend this hotel.

There was quite a bit of noise during the night because of the neighbouring Chinese pub. I requested a room service at around 19:00 but I was advised it was not possible. Quite strange for 4* hotel. Gym was well equipped but I found the set up quite strange - with many staff members passing by and it look a while for the AC to cool the room down.

The hotel is brand new so everything is working fine, the room was spacious and bed super comfortable. There’s a lovely pool on the top floor and a nice coffee shop at the reception. Overall great value for money!

There’s a Gym but no wipes, AC, and water are provided! Not really good in South East Asia with such humidity. Staff is lovely but their English is quite poor which is a shame as they can’t recommend anything!
