The size of the room, the pool and roof top bar. The staff. The breakfast. The meals available at the roof top bar. The bed was very comfortable.

The step up bath was a slipping hazard. Booking a massage or spa seemed too complicated. The roof top bar food and drinks menu was limited, but what was available was good. No utensils, crockery etc in the kitchen at all, just two glasses and two mugs, not even one teaspoon or knife, for fruit etc. only two coffee sachets each day and only Japanese tea bags.

Very tall building, indeed with very nice view from the rooftop (restaurant / swimming pool). Very nice rooms, fine beds, small but fine balkony, good room service and simple but good breakfast ( a la carte). The restaurant area isnt very inviting, but has well working staff and great view onto the city. swimming pool: very clean water, refreshing. Some few times were no towels available, so you better bring one from the room to make sure you can dry up; has showers etc, also sauna (I didnt test). Very well working elevators. The staff was 100& friendly and professional all the time. Around the ViwCondo there are some buildings under construction, so there was a little bit noise f.i. at pool. Inside the room it was very quiet & peaceful all the time. The value for money was really good.

Missing pool-towels 2x; once raining, the pool was closed.

Location/facilities/amenities is good

Internal communication need improvement. For example: someone have confirm my late check out until 4 PM but have the staff knock my door inform me need to check at 3 PM. I have requested washing machine and kitchenware but when I check in don’t have and I need to remind again than hotel staff take to my room after I check in 1.5 hours.

The breakfast is very nice, many options "A la Carte" and now they are improving to provide more different new tropical fruits like Mango, Papaya, etc.

Wifi speed could be better, maybe just providing local ethernet port to connect our laptops or computers directly to the internet network, or router using an ethernet cable, then speed could be better.

The Building really have a nice lobby with very high ceiling and large area with a place to chill or work or meeting .

Wish the Gym had more training equipments as some of the training equipments are already dysfunctional. But the view from the gym is beautiful. Breakfast is just basic and not buffet . Since it’s free nothing to complain .

Was very nice but didnt feel like a hotel more like a apartment residence for long stay. Good breakfast, good food but the restaurant could have been more cost, clean and nice pool with an amazing view, and of course some building Noice which is in every big city.

Clean and quiet despite the construction works surrounding the résidence.

The View supposed to have a better view before all the surrounding high rise building are being constructed, this happens in all of the central zone of Phnom Penh.

Amazing location , close to some of the best restaurants and Pubs and Mall as well . It’s in BKK1 , The best place to live and work in Phnom Penh .

Very small bathroom , but functional . It’s got everything but size is a pit off .
