I found this property to be very very nice. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. The location was phenomenal. And the pool and gym were excellent. Overall a great stay.

The noise from the street was a bit bothersome but earplugs fixed that. A deposit of 400000 riel in cash is required but this wasn’t messaged beforehand. Slight inconvenience. Thankfully I stopped at the ATM and had this amount.

I loved the free minibar and the layout of the two-bedroom room I booked — it was nice and cozy and the location is good in Bkk 1

- Staff Service: One of the staff members was not friendly — there was no smile or sense of service. - Room Cleanliness: The room was not clean in term of the air conditioning filter was super dirty, and there was noticeable dust on many decorative surfaces. We have air allergies, so we are particularly sensitive to dust and air quality. - Water Refill: There was no complimentary water refill provided. Additional bottles were charged at $1 each.

Comfortable spacious room with v comfy bed, nice bedding, good bathroom, TV options, laundry facilities a bonus and why we booked as on a long trip, snacks replaced daily with cold beers etc. The pool was clean and nice view onto river in distance and the fascinating construction work of foundations for new big building. Did not disturb us bit was very interesting to look into.

Would have preferred a proper breakfast. Good to have coffee machine and kettle but always like to be set up for the day and skip lunch when hot. We knew about only a coffee and pastry so were not surprised. Not as thoroughly clean as initially looked as marks on sofa cushions and rubbish behind curtain corners. Rest v clean though.

The hotel offers free barista coffee and pastries every morning. They also have free filtered water available in the lobby and pool areas. The rooms are exceptional and the free mini bar includes beers, cool drinks and snacks replenished daily. There is a supermarket across the road for your convenience.

The entrance to the ensuite for the second bedroom was via the kitchen instead of the bedroom which was a little strange.

Security was excellent & helpful. All reception staff were friendly & helpful. Good location, close to Eon shopping mall. Complimentary mini bar was well stocked & great snacks provided daily. Reception helped organize transport to next location, competitive pricing range. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds.

Phone to reception didn’t work & shower grate was blocked on first days arrival. No dishcloth or tea towel provided.

- The rooms were modern and very clean and the most comfortable beds we had on our trip. - Loved the complimentary minibar that included beer, water & soft drinks as well as a selection of snacks. - A great surprise and delight for us was that there were free pastries and coffee available at reception each morning. - Free self-use laundry service on Floor 1 which was a great surprise and really useful. - The roof top swimming pool was awesome especially using it at nighttime when all the surrounding buildings are lit up.

High quality of beddings, welcome free drinks in a refrigerator and some snacks are absolutely fabulous. Nice bread and coffee for breakfast and swimming pool on the top roof are also excellent. Further more, the guy at the door(especially one guy) was super kind, let us cross the busy road. We never could reach the other side of the road, full of cars and bikers…!

Needed clear instructions for a washing machine.

All beverages and snacks are complimentary and are of good quality. Firm mattress and very comfortable pillows. Wide selections of Tv programs. Attentive security guards/bell captain.

The floor and bathrooms are not thoroughly cleaned. The ventilation at lobby is not good as food odour lingual for days. Cups and teapot in room are badly stained.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Mini bar and snacks replenished daily. A quick pastry and coffee available every morning. The security staff were amazing, helping us to navigate the road outside.
