Amazing hotel. Staff were the nicest people. Always trying to make sure I was okay. place was so clean and the food amazing. The price was a steal. Can't recommend his place enough.

Lovely little resort which is only a short journey from all the bars and restaurants in BKK and Toul Tompoung, plus the tourist sites. My room was large and clean and it's great to be able to swim in the pool after a day at work.

The breakfast is good but it's a la carte, not a buffet. It would be nice if there were some buffet options like pastries, bread, fruit and yoghurt etc alongside the a la carte offering.

Peaceful location with good spacious facilities and reasonably handy to attractions. Tuktuks from the door at fixed prices (arranged by the staff) get you around no problem and the hand hotel card sees a correct trip back. Included breakfast was quite large. The Chefs were amazing with a wide range of Menu options (day and night) and the Cocktail list good value. Room was fully equipped with toileries and the bigbath tub on deck an added bonus. Our room was overlooking the pool on the first floor (no lift) but some rooms on the ground level would be OK for those challenged. WiFi worked well . Recommend a first flool room onerlooking the pool. Upgrade to the room if option offered.

No issues

We received a warm welcome on arrival and the reception and restaurant staff were great! We had returned to the Rambutan for one night at the end of our holiday, having stayed there for four nights when we arrived in Cambodia. As before, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of dishes available. I would highly recommend.

Relaxed friendly boutique hotel / guesthouse with authentic ambience, casual feel, intimate setting. Pleasant staff. Good on-site mini kitchen serving local and euro food. Comfortable bed in spacious room. Modern but with throwback elements. Noted as LGBTQ but more on the friendly than the exclusive side. All welcome including the resident cat.

Nothing to fault really but the staff could improve their English to take it to the next level.

I liked the pool a lot and the breakfast was excellent. The staff tries very hard to make everything great.

The spa services really need an upgrade. For the price, it should be much nicer of an experience with a better masseur. I also wish that they enforced the no smoking signs at the dining tables.

Great breakfast included! Lots of options and lots of food - Yummy Right next door to Arthur and Paul which was handy too. Always a good tuktuk just outside the door, arranged by the hotel

The website mentioned a rooftop hot tub that did not seem to exist when we got there.

A wonderfully delightful stay, such friendly staff very attentive and always generous with their service, service with a smile at facilities that are so pleasant and aesthetically pleasing. Baths on the balcony - a real epic feature as well.

Some more fitness facilities at the space would be an added bonus. The pool was amazing but a spa and small gym would add some extra services.

Very good welcoming by staff, nice breakfast, and comfortable bed made my stay comfortable and relaxed.

Swimming pool is rather small and hotel bar closed a bit earlier, so not much activities available at the hotel if bar closed.

A very welcoming resort with fantastic staff, tasty food, great drinks, beautiful facilities, and a literal oasis in its city centre location.

The amount of stairs to the top floor is the only thing I can think of.
