Plumeria hotel is well located hotel just few minutes drive with tuk tuk to the center of the city. Rooms were daily cleaned, breakfast was yummy and swimming pool gave us possibility to relax after long walks. When we arrived we were nicely welcome by the owner, he provided useful information regarding where to eat, how to visit the temples. He arranged for us Tuk Tuk service so we could easily discover all the temples. Thx to him we had exceptionally amazing driver Mr.Ly, he was super friendly, informative and positive through our trip despite the small downpour we encountered during one of the drives. Totally recommend Mr.Ly.

The rooms are a good size, clean and bright and can be cleaned everyday if it's your preference. Towels were soft too. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was served on the roof top and the choice was ample. There are some wonderful little breakaway spots to enjoy on each floor as there was a terrace area, ideal for laptop work, taking a drink or eating a snack. Alexander deserves to be commended for his service.

We were genuinely satisfied. If there were one thing it would have been a better view outside the window asked for, but for this there are other choices of hotels.

Clean and nice, quiet place, close to the supermarket and good restaurants,

We booked the room a month before we travel, and two days before we received a message saying that we had to cancel our stay because the hotel was closed, when I asked why, they said was a mistake and everything was fine. Was really frustrating because we were almost in the country and we got all the stress of knowing if we have a place to stay or we have to find another one. Plus, we rent the room with breakfast included, but when we asked in the morning, the girl told us that they don’t have breakfast and we had to find another place to eat. Probably this was for the low season, but that is not our fault :(

Great location in a quiet street but still walking distance to restaurants where you can have a drink and a meal. Staff were helpful at arranging transport. Loved the rooftop breakfast area but would have loved to have seen a sun lounger in the part not covered. Overall great place and definitely value for money compared to other hotels we've stayed at on this break . From all the hotels we've used working our way through Vietnam and into Cambodia I would say the shower has been the best one with water pressure and the positioning of the shower head

Nothing that I can think of

The service staff was polite. Especially the manager Alexander. When we arrived, my daughter had an earache and Alexander called the clinic and made an appointment for us with a doctor. Alexander also organized 2 tuk-tuks for us to travel to Angkor, and then organized a taxi to the airport. Thank you very much, Alexander! When the water tap in our room broke, they replaced it immediately. The rooms were ok, the beds were quite comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day. But they only provided one towel per person. And this, of course, is inconvenient. The hotel has a good location. You can take a tuk-tuk to the center for 1-1.5 dollars. The price is quite consistent with the quality.

Everything was ok. We didn't expect more for the price we paid.

The hotel is old but you get exactly what you see on the photos. The personel was very helpful and nice. The room was spacious enough and clean. A/C worked well. Location is a little far from the "touristic center" but if you rent a scooter ot won't be a problem. The pool is nice but please mind that it is very small and just next to a street - but if you don't mind it it may be a good thing after a day of sightseeing.

The lightning in the room was a little too dark. One of the mornings we were woke up at 6am by a very loud local music which continued until 8am. It is a little overpriced in my opinion in compare to what you can get for the same value in Cambodia. [Price/value ratio not great]

The people made this stay. The rooms were a good size, well appointed and clean, Everything vital worked! The service at this hotel is excellent. The people are fantastic and exceptionally helpful . Breakfast is included. The rooms are a good size, the beds are large, with typical Asian mattresses, however, the pillows are ok. A swimming pool that is well cared for and balconies at the end of each of 3 floors. Good massages are available in the room. Situated next to a fabulous French restaurant, and traditional Cambodian restaurants. Short walk to major supermarket and fresh market. I am told they would negotiate for long stays about the same cost as my apartment which doesn't have daily cleaning, free water and electricity, with a swimming pool.

Staff organised everything I needed, from taxi, tuk tuk, temple guide, recommended great places for food, bus to phnom penh, everything. They were extremely helpful & went over the top to be helpful hosts! When I eventually come back to Siem Reap, I will stay here 100% One of best value hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Absolute heaven ! I stayed at a busy, crowded hostel for a few nights and this place was absolute heaven afterwards! Great value for money, bed was massive, aircon worked perfectly, the pool was fantastic, the staff were soo good! They have a little box next to the pool for cocktails which was cheap & an epic treat after a hot day. Coming back here after temples was just perfect!
