Tip-Top Service from frontdesk to room and breakfast! We had a great stay in Memoire Siem Reap Hotel. We booked 2 family suites and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. The room was spacious, clean and the service was tip top. The service experience at the hotel was outstanding! All the staff were warm, kind and incredibly friendly, yet remained thoroughly professional throughout. Their attention to detail and welcoming demeanor made the start of each day a true pleasure. The staff (Sun, Lucky and Channy) also went above and beyond to arrange things for us. Location is good. Just 2 minutes walk to Angkor Market. And a lot of eateries nearby. The breakfast was amazing. I 100% recommend Memoire Siem Reap Hotel if you are Siem Reap!

All is perfect!

The hotel has amazing staff who were very kind, attentive, and helpful. Overall we liked our rooms and my kids especially loved playing in the pool.

The building is a bit older, but much of it has been updated. We had 2 rooms. The family room that my kids stayed in was very nice with an updated bathroom that had a new shower head, etc. Our twin room across the hall was pretty nice too, but our bathroom needs an update. It had an uncomfortable shower head that felt like needles and it was also very low so I had to crouch down while showering (I’m 5 ft 10) I also had trouble one night with not getting enough warm water for a hot shower. After waiting an hour it warmed up enough for me to shower, but overall our bathroom was a disappointment.

Well appointed large room, bright white European 'classic style' decor, good room facilities and a very welcoming and comfortable lobby/ bar. It is actually 2 connected buildings on slightly different levels but it never feels like a large hotel. The extremely helpful staff are a definite plus and one of the reasons i chose it. It is a social enterprise so most of the staff are University students learning about hospitality. They are without fail helpful and polite, going well above and beyond to help guest enjoy their stay so it is a charming experience to stay there. It may not be a slick and polished 5 star experience all the time but in my view this personal touch makes it even better because of that. At check in the girl on front desk escorted me all the way to the room and made sure that the aircon was working and everything ok. Hotel breakfast was excellent, simple but really well presented and high quality breads, egg station and fresh noodles in a nice bright room next to pool. Plenty of staff to clear plates and help carry your trays / coffee to your table. All in all my new favourite hotel in siem Reap. At thos price I can't think of a better option

Although it is a non smoking hotel, the room had a smell of smoke when I checked in. Pool a bit musty and when I visited there was a tour group who had pretty much taken over the entire pool. But apart from that it never felt busy or crowded.

Pool lovely-very cold/ refreshing temp!! Staff so friendly and happy to chat and recommend places to visit. Breakfast menu lovely-plenty of choice. Older hotel, but spotless, very comfortable and lovely atmosphere. 10 tuk tuk ride from Pub/ Market Street-so nice and quiet, even though it's off a main road. Spa currently not open but massages can be offered in your room. Safe and kettle in room

Everything was fabulous. Slight mix up with Booking.com as I was emailing and getting replies from another in the same group-make sure you have correct Address as there are 3 Memoire hotels in same area.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast started at 6 and had loads of delicious options for any taste. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and also had a surprise for us on our last day. Locations was perfect, quiet but with restaurants and a huge supermarket nearby. Best stay in our southeast Asia tour!

Quiet hotel with great A/C and a wonderful spa! Price was good for the area and quality of the hotel. Beds were pretty firm! About 15 minute walk to the Palace area. Many local and tourist restaurants nearby. The breakfast was pretty good.

I have been to many hotels around the world,but never a hotel like this. I was greeted by the sweetest and friendliest staff from the first day, and it continued for three weeks. I had a fantastic holiday. I will definitly return. Many greetings Bent

The staff is very nice, always smiling, polite and attentive! The hotel is clean and services are great. The room is big enough and quite. Location is perfect. You can reach everywhere with 5 min tuk tuk ride. It exceeded my expectations.

Everything was great! The air conditioner could be less loud but didn’t bother me much.

We loved the customer service. The entire customer service team is amazing, incredible helpful and they did their best to understand us every-time even when we don’t speak any Kamer language. Special mention to Sun Sokhorn at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thank you all!!

We liked everything.

I went in with a toddler and a 3months old baby, I really liked the room it was just worth the price we paid for. The room is spacious for us family of 4. The hotel was in the middle of the city so it easy for us to get around for food and quick market walk. Overall we will definitely be back and stay at the hotel.
