I highly recommend this hotel! The staff was absolutely the best ever! All of them were so kind and helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Prior to our arrival I had mentioned our 23rd wedding anniversary would be celebrated here, when we arrived they had put a Happy Anniversary message on our bed made out of flower petals and cute folded towels in shape of love birds. They gave recommendations for finding anything we needed from groceries, hair/nail salon, to a health care facility when my husband got sick. They even found herbs and papaya leaves to make tea when my husband was trying to recover from the Dengue Fever. They helped us arrange tours and transportation. Anything we needed or wanted was provided with genuine smiles and concerns. The pool area was beautiful with all the native plants and traditional decor. Having a breakfast buffet included was very convenient. The restaurant also served lunch, dinner and room service, which we utilized more than once. Western and Khmer food options, pretty good. The location was generally a quiet residential area but close enough to the main road with a great grocery store about 5 minute walk. It is not the busy riverside/ pub street area but still within walking distance 30 minutes or so, or 5-10 minutes in the Tuk Tuk perfect for us. Loved having a separate bedroom with a closing door. Loved having a kitchen and full size refrigerator. The place was plenty big and spacious. It had a closet for hanging clothes in the bathroom.

There really was not anything we didn't like. The kitchen could use a few more essential cooking items and dishes if you are planning to cook. We only stayed two weeks so we planned on eating out mostly. The staff definitely would have given us more kitchen things if we asked, I just didn't intend on cooking so I didn't ask. The only thing that was a little hard was the heat/humidity the bathroom could use a small counter top fan because of that. I actually bought one at the Haven Walk mall and it really helped.

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is OK. Their restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is good. They also have a private tub for each guest on their balcony, I believe. It’s good to chill in the afternoon. Overall, the hotel is fine to stay at but you can find cheaper and closer to the center.

Security guard rude and unhelpful. Mumbling unhappily in Khmer when asked to open the gate so that we can park the bike we were renting. Not even bothering switching the light on for us to get the bike early in the morning. We had to get it in the dark. Disgusting attitude. Spoiled all our mood. The shower in our room wasn’t easy to use and the hot water flow was weak so we couldn’t enjoy relaxing hot showers.

Beautiful design and helpful, kind people. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms, it was spacious, very clean. Amazing, hard beds. In total, it was a nice stay.

They refilled food at the breakfast very slowly. We had the feeling they did not want guests to eat more. If you asked, they brought you kindly more things like bread, but it feels weird to ask for it. There was much noise from the street (maybe from a disco?) as we heard music in the evening until 12. The room proofing is very light, so expect to hear some noise from the breakfast room if you are on the first floor.

This place is amazing, the room we booked was spacious. The private balcony with the swimming pool view was a dream. Staff it's super friendly and helpful, they offer tours to Angkor Wat and suggested us the best options. The day we did the sunrise tour they even prepared a take away breakfast for us. The tuk tuk driver Mr Sok was super nice and explained us a lot of things. The bed is super comfortable, AC is not noisy, water pressure of the shower was strong. Breakfast had different choices, and the swimming pool is amazing after a hot day around the temples. I hope to come back one day! Thank you for everything

Nothing to complain. As a suggestion I would add some more hooks in the toilet, and maybe add something in the balcony to hang the wet clothes.

Wonderful staff that made our stay amazing. The room was as described, big living area, lovely large bathtub on the balcony and a spacious clean bathroom. The breakfast was great and the eggs to order and fruit selection was a great start to the day. The pool was a nice size and it provided great relief from the heat.

The location is a bit far out from the city centre but a nice 30min walk and very close to the local pub street, where the locals go. Another point of improvement would be to make the breakfast pancakes to order, they were tasty only when hot.

Our stay in Siem Reap was truly memorable, thanks to the amazing staff at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed, from arranging tours to offering local recommendations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the incredible hospitality and thoughtful service made our stay unforgettable, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

It's very hard to put..no hanger in the washroom, soap holder, electric kettle..pretty small things but these would make the room perfect 10.

Me and my boyfriend had a fantastic stay here! It would be incredibly difficult to find a negative! The breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and very tasty. We ate dinner here most nights and found it very reasonable in price and lots of choice. Everything we had was very yummy especially the chicken satay. The pool was fantastic! Fairly deep, very cold (this was more than welcomed 😂) and very clean. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much of an issue and they were accommodating consistently. The highlight of our stay was finding the huge bath on the balcony! It was so big you could starfish in it and still not touch the sides! A fantastic find!

The only negative I could find if any was that our room ran out of hot water quite quickly when running the huge bath- but this wasn’t a shock as the bath is so big. Like I say it’s probably the only slightly negative if I really had to split hairs!

I enjoyed my stay here at Cambana Residence. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, it was a pleasure talking to them. My room was really spacious with a separate lounge and kitchen area. The bed was comfy and the A/C worked well. It was really clean. The room had direct access to the swimming pool which was nice. The food and cocktails from the bar were great, I took advantage of the specials they had on the board. They weren't operating the buffet for breakfast, so I was able to order from the menu. The breakfast was good. Overall this is great place to stay, it's only a short Tuk Tuk ride to Pub Street etc.

The gym is very basic, essentially just a couple of cardio machines. If they had a better gym, I would give 10 stars.

An absolutely fabulous hotel. Excellent,friendly and attentive staff. They organised tours, laundry and airport taxis for us. They were delightful and made our stay so pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, stylish and spotless. The pool was a lovely to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and the bar/restaurant food was also very good. Location is a very easy 10 minute tuk tuk ride into Pub street although we did walk it as well passing through many interesting streets we wouldn't otherwise have seen. Five star experience for a very reasonable price.

After booking very good contact via mail, fast answers. Friendly, well organised, accomodating, attentive, professional team offering all possible solutions, tours, suggestions for your stay. We received upgrade due to early booking. Breakfast was delicious: Asian and European, for all tastes. Relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms, comfortable beds. We had a room with balcony and small outside tub which we have not used due to lack of time. In Siem Reap area there is so much to see. One needs much longer than only 3 days
