Great pool. Excellent staff able to help with everything, in English. Good spa on-site with a genuinely hot sauna and also steam room and quality massages at ok price for residents. Waiters really helped with local advice, chongvin with advice on temples and activities in the region, the receptionist had advice on where the intrepid could check out edible insects! Made entire Siem Reap experience better, and broader than only temples.

The location isn't ideal, not a lot within walking distance but also not in the countryside. Spa closes early.

Beautiful building and ideally situated to explore the city of Angkor and its numerous temples. The staff was very friendly, the room was really beautiful and well decorated, the swimming pool very relaxing. I did a spa treatment which was also very good.

We initially booked a room for 5 (2 adults and 3kids) and had only 3 beds when we arrived (1 double and 2 single) despite booking the family room. They initially wanted us pay extra for the single bed missing, despite our reservation. After a bit of discussion we finally got it… We were also supposed to have pool view but instead we faced the hotel entrance. Not a big deal if it hadn’t been for the karaoke restaurants around, which were quite loud in the evenings. Overall these where minor inconveniences and we would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Everything good. Special mention the staff were excellent. Friendly extremely helpful. Special mention for Mr Tam ( sorry if I spelt your name incorrectly) who was exceptional. He fixed everything for us from the moment we arrived right up to leaving us up to the airport. I sincerely hope you and your family have a great life. The driver who took us to the temples was also great. Really sorry for not remembering your name but you were great. Excellent hotel great value for money and we wish it great success

Saem Siemreap Hotel led the way for me to fall in love with Cambodia and Cambodian people. The place and the people are sweet, gentle and kind. I have had such a blissful visit here that I can’t wait to return. Next time though, not just 5 days. I need to really explore this town and all it has to offer - Then all of Cambodia. Thank you all so much for your warm hospitality.

I loved everything about this place.

We loved every aspect of this hotel. It’s a beautiful property that is very well maintained. Entire staff was outstanding . They were friendly, courteous, helpful and overall very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay there was comfortable. We booked our tours through them which turned out to be a great experience- not only we were able to cover a lot of places at a comfortable pace but the little touches the driver provided - cool towels to clean our faces (because it was crazy hot) and cold water to drink. We felt very refreshed and not as tired because of this. The food in their restaurant was fresh and had a good variety to choose from. We used the spa services including massages and sauna/steam rooms. We stayed at this hotel only two days but had a wonderful time. If we go back to Siem Reap again we will stay at this place for sure!

Wonderfully pleasant property with a fantastically helpful staff. A great place to relax and on the north end of Siem Reap so you're that much closer to Angkor. This does mean that you'll need to grab a tuk-tuk to get to the central part of town, as the walk is a bit long. But the quiet location makes for a great respite.

Other than an odd counterintuitive bathroom layout, the room was very comfortable.

Very beautiful hotel, with a renovated design, very beautiful lobby, and rooms design. Location of the hotel is strategically close to both Angkor temples and city Old market. Massage in the spa was superb, access to sauna every day. We are vegan and chef cooked for us every morning a separate dish🙏. We are very grateful for this. Receptionists and hotel manager were super helpful and managed to secure for us rooms during NY period, as the booking showed no spare rooms and upgraded category during of rooms during last nights in the hotel.

The street is rather unsightly and scary to walk in the evening)). When someone smoked at the swimming pool area, smell was everywhere because of absence of wind and air circulation in the pool area

Great hotel with exceptional service! The staff go out of their way to make the stay pleasurable. Very customised service. Nothing is an issue and each staff member goes out of their way to make the stay a pleasant one. The hotel organised a customised tour of the things we wanted to see and do. Nothing. Every aspect was outstanding.

We had a cabana room right off of the pool and it was great! The room was very spacious with a separate room for sink and bathtub and another small separate room for the shower and toilet. The pool area was gorgeous. The whole hotel was decorated beautifully. The food was great in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the Angkor Wat Temples, easy to get to in a tuk tuk. Would love to come back to this little oasis of a hotel and highly recommend.

Very attentive and friendly staff- was a very calm and beautiful hotel- clean and comfortable- I wanted for nothing.

Nothing- but I want to address what I read in other reviews where people were dissatisfied with the “distance” from downtown- it’s only a $3/7 minute tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street/Markets and bars- much better for the quieter ambiance than the hustle of downtown, which can be noisy.
