The staff was phenomenal! They were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was on the ground floor right by the main pool which was great with 2 toddlers and a stroller. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Food at the restaurant was tasty and affordable. The spa service was good and the Japanese bathhouse was a bonus to help relax. The kids pool and the kids play room were great and we definitely us got use from both. We did use their babysitting service for 1 morning and they were fantastic as well and charge $25/child for about 4 hours. This place still feels like a brand new resort.

The hotel is tucked away so it's not walk-able to the city and restaurants in town. It is a quick ride to the temples for our tours we arranged but we did have to wait at times for tuk tuks for our trips to town. They were times when there would be some sitting on the street waiting but that wasn't always the case. We started to use the Grab app and that worked better.

A pretty nice hotel that is bigger than you probably expect. A welcoming lobby and very helpful and friendly staff are our highlights. The pool is nice but we believe in top season will not have enough space to accommodate all visitors. Good food quality. Food/drink prices for Cambodia really high. Beds and linen both nice. Rooms are nicely equipped but the suite roof terrace has no furniture …

Definitely not enough space for breakfast - sometimes to wait or sitting outside is needed (flies). Some areas of the hotel were not finished yet. But not noise at least. Area a bit remote at an unpaved street. For a suite, you have to walk quite some stairs to it, and within it as well. Upper floor was like a separate apartment and felt a bit unfinished. Last, but not least, the hotel is pretty expensive, even for 5* Cambodia standards. So far, we could not feel the „why“ behind the high prices.

The hotel has amazing facilities. And the hotel staff are more that kind and helpful. Dinner is delicious.

The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, it needs more variety of food.

The resort is perfect to relax and enjoy. It is situated 2 km from the busy city center. The rooms are well equipped and very spacious. Beds are big and comfortable. A very nice touch was a water dispenser in the kitchen. The pool is clean and the area around it is very pleasant. The breakfest was solid, fruit selection was not enjoyable, and you have to ask for a morning cup of coffee. We went to the spa for the gong therapy, it was a pleasant experience. The gym is really phenomenal, big, spacious, equiped with really everything you wish or dream about. The staff at the front desk is very kind, helpful and try to assist you in any possible way.

This is a beautiful new hotel, rooms are large (we were upgraded to a 2 bed apartment and they were huge) and the pool area is lovely. Fantastic spa services, we had quite a few treatments between the group and they were individually tailored and effective. The cafe/bar offers a good range of meals and snacks/smoothies for throughout the day. Good prices and all quite healthy. The staff really are excellent-attentive, friendly, super observant but not over bearing. Gym facility is good and location is great - close to Angkor Wat and easily walkable into town/the main area. Otherwise a nice and quiet location for relaxing.

Just to point out the hotel is still being finished and so sometimes throughout the day there was some noise from drilling etc. however, this was turned off at meal times and never went on late or started early. I wouldn’t let it put you off - this will be an excellent hotel and already is. A great opportunity to get a good price and enjoy the hotel whilst it is quiet without too many guests.

It’s both luxurious and relaxed. The property is well maintained and the staff is extremely attentive, kind and helpful. With the large room, multiple pools, delicious food and the spa, it felt like you never had to leave. But the staff was so helpful in additionally arranging outings that suited our needs. We travel a lot and rarely feel like we would return to a place but this is on our “must come back” list.

It was amazing. The kids slide is the only thing that wasn’t really working but it didn’t really detract from our enjoyment.

What a gem of a hotel, great location, big super clean rooms and great facilities. But what makes this hotel a real find is the staff, they simply cannot do enough for you and always with a smile. Thank you all so very much. The attached gym is, according to the family members that used it, beyond fantastic, incredibly well equipped with great equipment and all important air conditioning. The owner/manager was super friendly. Thank you everyone for making our trip to Siem Reap so amazing. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

Absolutely incredible. We loved the beautiful gonna and pools, the genuinely caring and thoughtful staff, the beautiful food, the super day care and the most amazing spa treatments. The villa we stayed in was spacious, new and so comfortable. It was amazing value given how spacious it was. Twice daily housekeeping was a dream. So highly recommend this place as the perfect base to explore Siem Reap

Location was very central and convenient to explore Angkor Wat, and short tuktuk ride to Siem Reap center. I overall enjoyed the food served in their dining very much. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge selection but the breakfast made-to-order menu was very good. Good points for cleanliness and staff's helpfulness.

There wasn't many people during our stay, so I don't know how the experience would be in peak season.
