Spotless. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant with comprehensive menu and extensive choice at breakfast. Very helpful, respectful, efficient staff - nothing was too much trouble. We hired a private driver which enhanced our overall experience of Siem Reap immensely.

Unfortunately the view from our room was of a rubbish site - staff advised there was a night market there but it had been cleared because of the noise late into the night, so maybe preferable as we found it. We only got to the pool late afternoon when it was in full shade. Could t really walk anywhere from the hotel because of traffic and lack of pavement, but easy enough to get a tuk tuk or taxi.

The staff were a delight. From the door men the cleaners the restaurant and reception staff were warm friendly and helpful. The room was easy to get to. It was very well appointed. It gad beautiful sheets and towels. All the Toiletries were of a good quality. Tge breakfast selection was very comprehensive. With well cooked tasty food. The lunch offering in the bar had local and international menu with beers and wine accordingly.

There was nothing that caused us any concern. The only complaint was we didn't have enough time or energy to use the pool and spa.

Lovely clean hotel with polite and friendly staff. I stayed a few nights in a twin room then booked executive suite for myself and got an upgrade to the terrace suite which was great! There were always tuk tuks available to take you to the city centre where the markets, bars and shops are. Great buffet breakfast. Enjoyed the massage. Had a nice vegetarian meal at the restaurant too. The pool was nice after a busy day visiting temples or shopping. I’d stay there again.

Couldn’t open the sliding doors to the balconies. They were locked.

Staying at the Tara Angkor Hotel is definitely worth it. It offers a perfect location for visiting Angkor and is about 2 km from the city center of Siem Reap. You can either take a tuk-tuk or a walk into town. There’s a restaurant and a 7Eleven nearby. My room was beautifully furnished, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Love the Temples the city and the giant Ferris wheel . The only you alcohol on with Aircom too. Must see in town holding mine sniff rats , war museum , lots off old cold Russian tanks and guns,also heavy load helicopter and killer field museum.

Great location and near to pup street and local shopping. You need take Tok Tok which cost you $3.00 = 12000.00រ real.

The AC control unit was not working, can you imagine the 90 degree temperature.

Staff were really helpful & friendly. Although out of town centre, it is close to sky train station. We travelled into Bangkok on BTS & metro really cheap. Hotel also close to market for shopping. Plenty of cafes, restaurants & street food to choose from. You are also able to book local trips at reception. "Bird", was the young lad booking the trips. He was so helpful & fun. Lovely staff

Towels were old and needed replacing

The hotel staff were lovely. There is a nice pool which was very popular. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty to space to eat outside.

The bed was very comfortable but the location of the feet, which were very solid are just where you walk and we spotted this in time before we caught any toes. Footwear recommended to avoid painful toes!

The environment of the hotel, the aroma of lemon grass smell in the washroom at the main floor, the services of the staff, friendly with smiling, polite and courteous

Hmmmm ..so far, everything is great. I am very comfortable with the hotel. I hope the administrator will keep doing a good job.

I like the property for its parking lots

I feel like the sanitary kits not enough, I didn’t receive any comb in my room. Moreover, there’s some kinds of bugs and flies in the room and especially on the bed
