1. Great hospitality of hotel staff. We felt warmly welcomed. We felt warmly hosted and greatly appreciate the efforts of all the staff 2. Clean and daily cleaned rooms 3. Good breakfasts Plus a very cool tuk tuk driver, Mr. Piseth. who drove us around the temples of Ankor from dawn to dusk with natural kindness and caring.

1. not very successful trip to Phnom Kulen. We stressed that we wanted a specific programme and were assured that we would get this with a driver who communicated well in English. Unfortunately, we got a typical tourist package and a driver who spoke poor English and showed no initiative. 2. The hotel needs to be refreshed so that the 4-star standard of service is reflected in the state of the facilities

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent the breakfast was ok and the outdoor pool area was great the room was a good size

This is not a new hotel the lobby area looks like it’s been completely remodelled but the rest is still in the process of being completed this didn’t make too much of a difference to be honest but don’t think you are getting a brand new hotel because it is not

The hotel is good. Comfortable and queit at night. It is about 2 km to centre of Siem Reap, you can get there quickly by tuktuk or walk within 20-25 minuts. It is particullary good when you stay for longer time - I spent there 7 nights. Breakfast in form of the buffet with European and local food. Maybe due to low season there was not big variety, but anyway was ok. They have also good prices if you want to sightsee the Angkor Park, instead of bargain with the tuktuk driver on the street you can lend tuktuk with driver for reasonable price on the hotel. They have obviously other services like laundry, restaurant etc, some of them I have used, everytime everything was ok.

All was ok.

Breakfast was great, a good spread, although I ended up getting the noodle soup and custom eggs for most mornings. The room was a good size, but the furniture is a little dated (if you really care), and the bed is a tad on the firmer side when compared to other places I've been (but by no means uncomfortable). The bathroom, while clean, definitely showed a little age. The staff was amazing. After a few days, even staff I've only talked to once knew my name when passing by the lobby, I was honestly impressed. While this location's furniture doesn't scream "fancy", the staff and service scream "home". So it depends on what is important to you ... furniture or service received. Oh yeah, very close to a supermarket, very close to the Angkor National Museum, much closer to Angkor Park than being near Pub Street. I personally think this is a better location than anything closer to Pub Street.

I didn't like the older furniture, but ... I didn't really care.

- very good location on the way to Angkor Wat (about 20 min cycling), easy pick up point for tours, - walking distance to the bus stop (airport bus), - walking distance to the city centre, - beautiful, old fashioned building and decor, - clean place (corridors, bathrooms, dining area and swimming pool), - nice room with comfortable bed, - kettle, fridge in the room, - tasty breakfast with good proportions of hot dishes, snacks and fresh fruits, - also breakfast box for early tours, - laundry service, - very helpful and kind staff (reception/cleaning and waiting staff) - good value for money.

- the only one thing was no iron available for clothes but it is a nuisance

We had a very relaxing time in our ground floor garden view room. The location was good and there's a new supermarket 5 minutes walk away.The pool area was nice for having lunch and a swim after exploring Siem Reap. The staff are fantastic and look after you like royalty. They organised tours and a driver to the airport, which is an hour away. Tuk tuks are everywhere for easy access to places you want to go for around US$1 I would highly recommend this great valued hotel.

Some repairs are needed at the stairs into the pool. And the terracotta tiles around the pool are slippery.

The property is amazing, extremely comfortable and I cannot say enough about the politeness and amazing hospitality of the staff. There were a few issues, but the staff rectified it immediately and the level of empathy was awesome. I would highly recommend this stay, either with couples or family. The pool was an absolute light and my 7 year old loved it. Perfect wifi connection and the breakfast was a good spread. It's only under 10 minutes to angkor wat .

Location was superb, 7 minutes away from pubs, old market, the river and restaurants, only 10 minutes away from Angkor Wat and many other temples. Front desk staff members are very attentive and professional, always smiling and happy to help. My room was very comfortable and clean. Big thumbs up to the housekeeping team. They did a marvellous job keeping my room clean and tidy. The pool area is also great and very comfortable. I used it daily. Breakfast buffet was great, healthy and well balanced. Compliments to the chefs who are very dedicated.

WiFi was very weak in my room, I had to go downstairs to get a better signal. I had to pay for my welcome drink lol There was a flat screen TV in the room but it didn't work.

The location is great, right close to everything. Breakfast was excellent. The angkor museum is next door and it s easy to walk to the old market and the river. The airport buses are 15 minutes away walking. They re worth taking. I paid 8$

Breakfast was too noisy for me : kitchen noises, music in the background, people talking and one morning there were kids watching loud videos. But luckily, there are tables outside. When I discovered I could go, I went there every morning. Internet is very very slow…
