1. Great hospitality of hotel staff. We felt warmly welcomed. We felt warmly hosted and greatly appreciate the efforts of all the staff 2. Clean and daily cleaned rooms 3. Good breakfasts Plus a very cool tuk tuk driver, Mr. Piseth. who drove us around the temples of Ankor from dawn to dusk with natural kindness and caring.

1. not very successful trip to Phnom Kulen. We stressed that we wanted a specific programme and were assured that we would get this with a driver who communicated well in English. Unfortunately, we got a typical tourist package and a driver who spoke poor English and showed no initiative. 2. The hotel needs to be refreshed so that the 4-star standard of service is reflected in the state of the facilities

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent the breakfast was ok and the outdoor pool area was great the room was a good size

This is not a new hotel the lobby area looks like it’s been completely remodelled but the rest is still in the process of being completed this didn’t make too much of a difference to be honest but don’t think you are getting a brand new hotel because it is not

Breakfast was great, a good spread, although I ended up getting the noodle soup and custom eggs for most mornings. The room was a good size, but the furniture is a little dated (if you really care), and the bed is a tad on the firmer side when compared to other places I've been (but by no means uncomfortable). The bathroom, while clean, definitely showed a little age. The staff was amazing. After a few days, even staff I've only talked to once knew my name when passing by the lobby, I was honestly impressed. While this location's furniture doesn't scream "fancy", the staff and service scream "home". So it depends on what is important to you ... furniture or service received. Oh yeah, very close to a supermarket, very close to the Angkor National Museum, much closer to Angkor Park than being near Pub Street. I personally think this is a better location than anything closer to Pub Street.

I didn't like the older furniture, but ... I didn't really care.

- very good location on the way to Angkor Wat (about 20 min cycling), easy pick up point for tours, - walking distance to the bus stop (airport bus), - walking distance to the city centre, - beautiful, old fashioned building and decor, - clean place (corridors, bathrooms, dining area and swimming pool), - nice room with comfortable bed, - kettle, fridge in the room, - tasty breakfast with good proportions of hot dishes, snacks and fresh fruits, - also breakfast box for early tours, - laundry service, - very helpful and kind staff (reception/cleaning and waiting staff) - good value for money.

- the only one thing was no iron available for clothes but it is a nuisance

The property is amazing, extremely comfortable and I cannot say enough about the politeness and amazing hospitality of the staff. There were a few issues, but the staff rectified it immediately and the level of empathy was awesome. I would highly recommend this stay, either with couples or family. The pool was an absolute light and my 7 year old loved it. Perfect wifi connection and the breakfast was a good spread. It's only under 10 minutes to angkor wat .

Nothing! Whatever issues I had, the staff assisted me and rectified it, which I am very grateful for. Impeccable customer service!

The location is great, right close to everything. Breakfast was excellent. The angkor museum is next door and it s easy to walk to the old market and the river. The airport buses are 15 minutes away walking. They re worth taking. I paid 8$

Breakfast was too noisy for me : kitchen noises, music in the background, people talking and one morning there were kids watching loud videos. But luckily, there are tables outside. When I discovered I could go, I went there every morning. Internet is very very slow…

From the moment we walked into YASODHARAPURA Residence's lovely lobby, we were impressed. The staff at reception was wonderful, always wanting to help, support and make sure their guests are entirely happy with their experience. The large, quiet, impeccably clean and very comfortable room was also much appreciated, especially after full days of temple visits. And the pool...what a wonderful treat this was!!! The breakfast was also delightful and so well presented! We ate all our meals at the hotel's restaurant because the delicious and very reasonably priced food they served as well as the service which was absolutely outstanding. Plus, the restaurant and pool staff was so kind and attentive and always made us feel very special! * I also wish to mention our extraordinary tuk-tuk driver, David (Mr David), who was recommended by YASODHARAPURA Residence. David truly represents all you could ask from a driver. First and most importantly he is a very safe, prudent and punctual driver. He also has the ability to make most relevant suggestions about how to visit the many temples. During the three days we travelled with him, we were most grateful to have met such an extraordinary and kind-hearted person whom I highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and welcoming and my room was comfortable and clean and there is a lift which is useful also and a nice pool which was quite busy during my stay so i didn't use it. Good hot shower and a pleasant reasonably peaceful area close to river and to Angkor Mart 2 supermarket. The hotel Lobby is also very impressive. A lovely member of staff also offered a welcome drink on arrival and personally showed me to my room which was kind and helpful. The room also has a comfy bed, a good sized wardrobe, desk and safe and mosquito screen for window and AC ( all great).

There was a kettle and small cups and saucers in room but no tea bags or coffee or sugar but i guess most guests would have breakfast in hotel restaurant but still it's nice to have the option to also make a hot drink in the room. Also a few more 3 pin electrical sockets in room would be handy as only one in my room

The hotel was very grand. The reception area is welcoming with excellent staff. The pool area is fantastic, and the pool is not too cold. There was enough seating and a pool bar where you could buy food. The staff are constantly working there, either tidying the area or serving. Our room was good with a comfortable bed and had a juliet balcony. The food at the hotel was excellent. Our inclusive breakfast was a mix of local and western food. There is also an egg station, where eggs are cooked to order. The location is OK , but a 25 min walk to the Pub Street area. Tuktuks, wait outside the hotel to take you there. It costs $2-$3 dollars each way. There are restaurants nearby or in the hotel, if you don't want to go too far. The hotel arranged for a tuktuk to take us to nearby Temples. This cost $20 to $25 per day, depending on the route.

The staff were so lovely and absolutely went above and beyond with anything we needed. Location was ideal for us as it is close in proximity to Giant Ibis bus station. Great breakfast options, we had dinner at their restaurant on the first night which was nice. Fantastic pool and the whole place felt serene.

The bathroom got quite wet when showering, the shower head was a bit problematic for me but did the job off the holder. There was no safe in the room, it was listed in the features. No deal breakers though, I'd stay there again on my next time in Siem Reap.
