Traveling in Southeast Asia for 5 months, this hotel was the best in all respects. Convenient location of the hotel, price - quality I think is ideal. The room is very spacious, clean, quiet, the bed and mattress are super comfortable, the air conditioner is new, it works quietly, there is a good pressure of cold and hot water in the shower. In the cozy courtyard there is a swimming pool and a relaxation area, a pleasant addition to all of the above, I refreshed myself in it more than once after visiting Angkor Watt, which is located not far from the hotel. The hotel offers bike and motorbike rental. The staff and owners of the hotel are friendly and pleasant people, always ready to help, prompt and answer questions. My friends who have made reservations at other more expensive hotels have spoken in favor of the River and Villa. I can safely recommend visiting this hotel, I am sure you will have many pleasant impressions.

The room is very big and nice for a cheap price. I would definitely recommend it. The location is close to the river and in walking distance to the national museum. It is possible to rent a bicycle or motor bike at the hotel, but they take it from another company so you have to organize it well in advance.

Which is difficult as there is rarely anyone at the reception other than the kids. The restaurant at the hotel was closed during my stay in the off season and there were not so many other options around. There was a strange quite loud constant sound in the room. Not from the street but maybe a drain? Brighter light would be nice too.

Even tho we had booked only one night they left us checking early and super late check out as we were taking a bus to go south they allow us to come after a day trip to Phnom kulen to enjoy the pool and take another shower before entering our night bus , nice staff always there to help us out Also super nice location no so far from the center but far enough from the busy street , only a dollar tuktuk away from busy street , Highly recommended

The location of the hotel is very good. You're close to Angkor Wat temple and the main center(Pub Street) , about 10 minutes by tuk tuk. They have affordable bike rentals and a good pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel is cheap and freshly cooked food. The staff is very accommodating to your needs and was very helpful in anything that I needed or asked about.

Just as a tip, check out the rooms before you confirm your check in. Some might not have strong AC, no hot water, not a working blow dryer, so just check them out to make sure you have what you need.

Our not A first travel to Asia and we didn’t expect it to get ,,euro style,, room for a such a low price. Staff was amazing even inviting us for a glass of wine. Very friendly and safe atmosphere. Amazing cocktails in the Restaurant in the Hotel. European food. We renting the scooter in the hotel and visited surrounding places like parks, restaurants and clubs. Room was spotless clean, air conditioner, TV, nice bedding and euro style shower room. Nicely and modern decorated. Even bottles of water was provided as well. We didn’t expected to get such a superb place for a such a low price. Amazing, I felt like in 4 stars hotel. Strongly recommended.

Hotel owner was very friendly and chatty man, but he’s wife- Asian rude style :)

Excellent hotel with a very majestic and wonderful view to the pool surrounded by palms and different plants🌴 Absolutely exceeded our expectations ✨ The room was also clean and spacious, the bathroom even had a small zoom mirror that is perfect for makeup. We did not swim in the pool but took a lot of photos in this beautiful place 💫 The location is right near a small river, not far away from the center, but in a quiet cozy area.

We were very happy to be one of the first guests staying at this wonderful hotel. It's been recently renovated so everything is new and modern. The sheets and towels also are new and the rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The owner is very nice and will help with any requests. The hotel is situated a 25 minute walk from the centre. A tuktuk will cost just over a $1 to get you to the centre. There are also some great restaurants nearby, including the Peace Cafe Vegetarian.

new property (or new ownership at least) and the place itself is quite beautiful. the room was massive and had a very nice bathroom area. staff always greeted us when we came in and we felt very welcomed. value is just amazing for what you get. location was quite peaceful especially at night

didn’t have any toiletries in our room (not even soap to wash hands) until I asked. pool was a bit murky but we still swam and was fine. bed not the most comfortable but that’s just SE Asia for you

Friendly staff and great location.

You have to pay $5 extra per night if you want air conditioning. Would be a good idea just to add the $5 automatically rather than as an additional cost. You can however, get the fan for free.
