Helpful and friendly staff. Tranquil. Nice pool. Big rooms.

Dimly lit bathroom. Rickety elevator. Slightly tired feel to the hotel. Sun lounger mattresses needed a scrub. Foliage around the pool and balconies could probably do with being cut back a little. Didn’t see any other guest during my three night stay here. This place has all the makings of a fab little boutique hotel but the owner needs to spend a bit of money upgrading bathrooms and decor. The staff were brilliant and could not be faulted.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pandora Suite hotel for three lovely nights. It was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, making us feel like true guests. They genuinely seemed happy to have us, and we appreciated their warm hospitality. Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It even had a small balcony overlooking the pool, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is conveniently located just a short Tuktuk ride into town, and the ride only costs 3 USD. We had such a great time that we’d be more than happy to stay at Pandora again. If you’re planning a visit to Siem Riep, I highly recommend this hotel to you!

Excellent small but decent property with large rooms and nice bath rooms. Great water pressure in bath with very hot water. Nice and comfortable beds. Very clean property. Ms. Bosaba (chef) served us breakfast to cater to our dietary needs (pure vegetarian). Very fresh sweet and juicy fruits served in breakfast. Value for money stay near to Angkor Wat. Definitely a 5 star small property.

Shower area should have had a shower curtain to curtail splashing of water. Tv channels were not working (only local channels were available). Condensed milk was not available to make Vietnamese coffee.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was also clean and quite relaxing. The breakfast spread had a variety and was excellent. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. No complaints for the hotel staff and breakfast and room.

The massage provided at the hotel was 5 times the price I paid outside in the massage places. I kinda felt that the hotel ripped me off on this.. 2/3 times is ok... but 51 USD was a bit too much... A lesson for me.

The hotel is super clean and a real urban oasis, it felt so nice to be surrounded by plants just have beautiful scenery around you when you’re at hotel relaxing. I loved the swimming pool! The staff were honestly the sweetest and nicest people. Special mention to Malin and Nu Nu, they were lovely and always wanted to help to make sure my stay more enjoyable. I definitely recommend booking at Pandora for your Siem Reap stay, it’s a little away from the center but never bothered me as Tuk Tuk or grab made it all super easy to access.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The accomodation was clean and had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony with a suspended chair. The breakfast was superb and freshly cooked/prepared to order. The hotel surroundings are a little piece of paradise, looking like part of the Cambodian jungle! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap but only a short tuk tuk trip away. Would highly recommend!

This property was amazing. We had the most relaxed time. When wanting to drop bags, we were told our room is ready, 4 hours early, no extra charge. They have fantastic cocktails. They have great western and asian food! They have the best staff. Helped me with a surprise for my son birthday. Arranged a tuk tuk for our visit to Angkor Wat....list goes on! Really some of. The best!

Beautiful hotel with a really nice pool, lovely staff - a real place of paradise! Breakfast was nice and when we had to leave early because of a tour, they packed us a nice to-go box. Really sweet people and awesome hotel.

They played awful western music very loudly in the pool and lobby area. Like top 40 American music which was a really bummer because we came to Cambodia to experience their culture and it was extremely hard to relax to.

Perfect stay with quiet location close to Angkor Wat! Good standard and good breakfast. Food was really lovely, property was beautiful, staff were amazing and massage was great. We booked tour and massage with hotel and staff perfectly arranged everything for us! It was about 2 dollars from hotel to pub street and you could take grab that is available in Siem Reap.
