The overall appearance of the hotel is just charming - the staff super friendly and service oriented, probably the largest and best pool in whole Siem Reap for real swimmers, excellent garden, very well kept, unique samples from the historic times of Angkor Wat. Excellent breakfast buffet with western and asian features.Very suitable also for long term stays.
The Gym needs better ventilation/air conditioning.

Overall staff were very attentive and the room was comfortable.
The location is a little bit out of the city center of Siem Reap, which was find for the days we spent at the Angkor complex, but it might have been nice to be more central for dining/nightlife

The staff were unbelievable. So kind and friendly and helpful. Great 30m lap pool. Super fun driving around town in a fancy classic golf cart!
Nothing hidden or surprising. The hotel is a bit old and sad feeling after covid and out of walking distance from anything interesting but the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and drove me everywhere so the atmosphere was still happy and inviting and transport was never an issue!

I was given free upgrade to a villa. The villa was very BIG but we only used the main hall and 2 rooms. we did not use the dining hall, living room and kitchen.
There weren’t any food stalls nearby. The villa had electricity tricked 6 times on our day 1 check in. The wifi in the villa was very weak daily. I understand that the hotel just started reopening hence I think it was considered a good hotel as there were not many tourists at the moment. Currently, there are only a few staff in the hotel. Hope the business would prosper soon.

very nice staff. resort was also good. they upgraded me to the villa which was nice. definitely recommend staying here.
it was a little far away from the city center but the staff always offered to drop you when possible and a short tuk tuk ride was always a convenient option.
