Great clean place, friendly staff (even if I was upset with having my cards declined, she still smiled and tried other options. Eventually figured out the problem...I was using my Mastercard debit card and it's not accepted that way at that hotel) got settled in and the room was huge. Enough space for the 4 grandkids and my hubby and I.

I tried using my debit/credit card to pay. Which declined as many times as we tried. Very frustrating knowing full well you have plenty of money but can't use it. Maybe for the future travels to any if your hotels....have it set up so if I used my debit/credit card it's going to accept it.

We all loved the breakfast! Really appreciated all the variety and hearty eggs & sausages. The beds and pillows were supportive and the room was not stuffy or hot. Great location and easy to find. Friendly staff.

We asked for a bereavement discount as we were travelling for my mom's funeral but the front desk was not able to give one.

Wonderful friendly staff. Excellent plentiful breakfast. Wonderful that they cleaned and replaced towels everyday!!!

Would like a third bed option in rooms instead of the more uncomfortable pullout couch. One day (out of three) there was cold air blowing in the pool room and the hot tub wasn’t working properly.

I come to the Calgary area often and this is my hotel of choice. Great rooms, great price, great breakfast. Pool and hot tub are clean and a great feature.

Parking is not the greatest. People double park and it’s not much of a lot

Very clean rooms and housekeeping throughout the hotel. Rooms were very well air conditioned on a very hot day/evening. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly

Was a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area. But after staying can see a lot of time and effort goes into the housekeeping and staff.

I was pleasantly surprised and how great the facility in general was. The staff was just absolutely outstanding!

The pool was super clean, but the floor needs to be kept nicely mopped. Our room was clean, but the bathroom had strands of hair in it and some slashes of hand soap on the sink. Overall it was a good stay!

Clean and comfortable. Decent bed and pillows. Loved that there is a bathtub and good breakfast. Pool also nice. And good Keurig coffee maker.

A little out of the way but not bad. Rarely someone at the front desk.

Small hotel located near nothing but has a pool with a waterslide. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious.

Hot tub was ok, jets didn't work great. Minor issue with my room but the staff were amazing and found a perfect solution.

This place exceeded my expectations! The room/facility was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage space. The pool/hot tub had great temperatures and was also very clean! Also the complimentary breakfast was filling.
