The room was comfortable with 2 queen size beds, perfect to accommodate 4 people. The breakfast (included in the stay) was amazing! It definitely exceeded my expectations. There were omelet, sausages, cereals, yogurts, pancakes, fruits and berries, bread and bagels with a variety of spreads and jams, and pastries. Free transfer to the airport was a great bonus too!

For some reason, there were towels enough only for 2 people.

I don’t like the staff. The receptionist who accommodate me that time was not good. I don’t think she has a good customer service. She accommodate the white person so well. Then when I came she was not so friendly. Maybe because I am Asian. As if she don’t want me to stay. When I paid and my card decline because I press the wrong pin she god irritated. She never tell me instructions on wifi etc etc. she just tell me my room number. So disappointing

The breakfast was one of the best I ever had at a HIE. The decor was very modern. The cleaning staff are very friendly and the location was perfect for our layover.

It was necessary to flush the toilet four times for it to actually evacuate all the contents. I whish there were more than just two bath towels in the room. It's too easy to go through that small amount and it is difficult to get staff to bring up extra towels sometimes if it is late in the evening.

I liked that the property has a shuttle and when it is not running I really like that the front desk calls a taxi and provides them with a voucher. This takes the sting out of having to come from the airport because it’s about $18 each direction and adds up. The breakfast included was ok, but being a buffet that runs for a few hours it’s understandable that it’s basic. I like that the dining area is out near the lobby and comfortable. The only thing which turned me off was that the coffee was so so and worse yet no real milk or cream was provided; only powdered creamer which is full of carcinogens and tastes awful. I skipped the coffee because of these two reasons. The room was exceedingly sparkling clean, and efficiently laid out. I was actually surprised by how large it was! Also a big bonus is that it was extremely quiet!! Staff at the front were super friendly, which is nice when you have been travelling and arrive tired.

Oh I didn’t like that breakfast starts half an hour later at 7am instead of 6:30am on weekends which made it tight to catch my flight. Would be better to keep it at 6:30am every day.

This was the end of our wounderfull 4 week trip to Canada, so wanted to be close to Calgary airport for our next day flight back to the UK, Which wasn't until 8.35pm we where able to stay in our room an extra hour and then we where able to wait in the lobby with our laugage until we left at 4pm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good too. We also had one last view of the Rockies and downtown Calgary from our room 😀

A big high five for the drivers of their shuttle, specially Jose (who picked us up from the airport). He was very kind, helpful and friendly. He is the chef over there but he was covering up for the absent driver. Jose and the driver who dropped us off at the airport the next day early morning were very professional.👍

I didn't like that the receptionist didn't give me a receipt when I paid. She said that I didn't booked directly with them. So, they couldn't give me a receipt and booking.com had to send it to me. It doesn't make sense to me. I didn't get a receipt yet.

Clean, comfortable, good value.

Poor service from staff and not very friendly. Kept running out of food at breakfast, cooler was empty of everything, no towels available at the pool area the last night of stay, maid service removed our used hand towels and face cloths, I had asked front desk for a replacement, and none were put back in the room.

The room was clean and spacious. :) It's very quiet.

There were no options for food. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could have food ordered. She said: "No." The only option apparently available was walking 2 hotels over to the Number 11 hotel to eat at their restaurant. That is bad enough. To make matters worse, the sidewalk is not maintained going there... so you had to be really careful to avoid slipping on ice.

Staff were excellent and informative. Got us through the check-in process quickly so we could get to our room after a long drive of 13 hours). Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great selection of just about everything and what was supposed to be hot was actually hot and what was supposed to be cold was actually cold. Food or drinks never seemed to run out as there was always someone replenishing.

Parking spaces were very narrow and even for a midsized SUV it was tight. The hotel was full and some people decided to park on the street for fear of the tight parking. We had our daughter with us and asked for an additional bath towel so all 3 off us could shower in the morning. The night staff said they didn't have any but there would be in the morning before breakfast started. When we check before breakfast there wasn't any available and then we check after breakfast and they said the same thing.

Room was clean and comfortable.

The shuttle stops running too early. We booked an airport adjacent hotel because our flight was getting in late when we called for the shuttle, we were told it stopped at 9:30 (I think). The shuttle was an important feature for us (we booked a more expensive hotel based on it). We had to take a cab, but thankfully the hotel paid for it. Just some stress and a hassle we did not want.
