Fantastic hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. Food in restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. Best cooked breakfast options I’ve ever had, my favourite part of the day!

They didn’t have a kettle for the room, but hot water is always available in the restaurant so it wasn’t a big problem. Is quite far from town, but an uber into town isn’t too expensive.

Went to the desk twice at the outset but staff were very attentive. (Heating too low and noisy neighbour) Easy access to shuttle upon leaving hotel. Driver very friendly and helpful.

Poor instructions at airport as to how to get shuttle and where. Phone numbers were busy. No seating or shelter provided for passengers waiting. Same from hotel to airport. Just a suggestion but staff could ask patrons when checking in/out if they need the shuttle and how to get it.

It was clean and friendly, light and open. restaurant was lovely and the included breakfast was really good. Lots of choice of hot and cold options. My room was right off from the lobby, but it did not make it loud or disturbing at all. Very convenient in fact. Just a hop to get breakfast. I was able to enjoy supper on the patio they have facing out to a nice view over Calgary and green scape. Staff very friendly and helpful and polite. Only there for 2 nights and my room was made up on the second day. My room was lovely. Kitchenette and lots of space and it felt clean and calm. I will definitely stay here again if I can. Area was lovely. Lots of open space.

From the moment we walked in the door until we excited the free airport shuttle we were warmly greeted, served and helped by the most marvelous TEAM! Each person we interacted with were warm, responsive and genuine! From Management to Maintenance, stellar customer service. We loved the decor, the large pool and hot tub and the outdoor dining area! The attention to detail and the accessibility measures were if great importance for my daughter who uses a walker. Such as a ramp if needed for the pool. Bravo to this owner operator if Executive Residence Best Western Calgary airport.

We absolutely loved our stay! Unlike other airport hotels, our huge, quiet room had a kitchenette & a lovely view of city lights & a field which we utilised for a walk. The room also had a lounge, writing desk & dining table. Everything is new & of excellent quality with good lighting, toiletries & coffee. The staff were helpful & quickly solved issues we had to our complete satisfaction. The location is perfect being a 10 minute drive from the airport & close to a variety of restaurants, some shops & T&T supermarket. Breakfast was also top quality with plenty of vegetarian choices. We highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

Was only a few years old. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Had laundry facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We weren’t sure about a hotel restaurant, but decided to give it a try. It was the best meal we’d had in the last week while on vacation!! Best salmon dinner I think I’ve ever had. Came with a nice portion of well prepared veggies and such a nice variety too, never had that anywhere before. The little potatoes were also excellent and seasoned so well. My husband loved his butter chicken dish. The price was fabulous. If I lived near by, this is where I’d choose to eat out !!

If your looking for somewhere to stay with you’re pet I highly recommend this hotel, the staff is super welcoming with your fur baby left bowls out for her not to mention the dog park and huge open field right out your back door my dog is in heaven playing with all the other friendly local dogs I’ve never been to a place so welcoming our room is absolutely beautiful and clean also the pool and hot tub is amazing for a soak after a long day of exploring out in Banff and lake Louise today with our doggo thank you again SOSO much made my dogs 8 hour drive so worth it

This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations! The room was super spacious and it has everything you may need. It even has a fully occupied kitchen with a stove, a dishwasher, and a fridge (I didn't need them but you may). It's super clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were accommodating and nice, they offered us a free shuttle from/to the Airport. The restaurant they have on the ground floor has lovely vibes and the food was so yummy and affordable. They also have a wave pool with a tub and a small snack shop. Highly recommended!

This is one of the better kind of suburban hotels. Not super close to the airport but there is an airport shuttle and the hotel is excellent for its type. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is new and attractively decorated. Rooms have large fridge, dishwasher and a hot plate, so it would be good for a longer stay using the cooking facilities if the suburban locations works for you. There's a very good restaurant. They allow parking after departure for a small charge.

I had an early departure to the mountains by bus, and breakfast starts at 6:30. I went down at 6:20 hoping to be able to take baked goods and fruit, but wasn't allowed to although the buffet was set out. I was disappointed to miss out on breakfast. Hotels often start breakfast at 6 am or offer a packaged breakfast for those who have to leave early.
