We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 11 MOD Calgary! The hotel feels modern, fresh, and very clean, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, only about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which was super convenient. I also appreciated that the laundry area was close to our room and that the entire place smelled clean and fresh throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a modern design, and one of my favorite parts was the body wash—it smelled so refreshing and calming, making showers extra relaxing. The service was also excellent. Special shout-out to Kathleen and Anna at reception—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made our experience even better.

The TV entertainment options were limited. There was no access to Netflix or other streaming services, and the movie selection was predominantly adult films. Providing more family-friendly and mainstream streaming options would greatly enhance the enjoyment of the stay.

I stayed already several nights at Hotel 11, I really like it. Washing machine, coin operated (in another city a 4 star hotel insisted that for a single washing load I had to download an app and pay with credit card, which I didn't do, as their wifiwas not even secure...). Water fountains with tasty water. Very clean. Airport shuttle worked well (at arrival I had to call, from the hotel to the airport the shuttle runs hourly).

5 identical pillows (even if booked for only 1 person), a bit too thick for me. How about 2 different ones? It is so individual what people need for comfortable sleep!

The king size bed was very comfy and the shower oh my goodness it was awesome. The pressure was great and the steam shower was soothing!

While we were sitting in the restaurant, there was a family that were absolutely rude and ignorant to the only waiter that was working. The family got very rude and ignorant towards him and they walked out without paying. My husband and I apologized to him for them. He was a really nice guy doing the best he could with just him working a whole restaurant on his own. He needs a raise because he was calm, cool and collective during a morning rush of hungry people

Great property overall and happy with it. Gym was decent but would have been nice to see a proper squat/smith machine. Staff were great, super friendly and overall happy.

We found that the AC in the room blows directly on the bed which either made us too cold and then if we turned it up, too hot, constantly. Didn’t really sleep great because of the aggressive temperature swings. Few maintenance items overlooked as well, bathroom door didn’t latch shut for privacy and the toilet paper holder was ready to fall off the wall.

Inviting lobby, quick check in, carafe in room to allow choice in water options including sparking water. Nice, local bath products in washroom. The Nespresso machine provided just the right amount of coffee to wake me up before my very early flight.

It was difficult to find outlets to charge my phone, and set my alarm to ensure I made my very early flight. I had to get down on the floor to access outlet. I tried to use room phone to set wake up call, but wasn't able to do this. These were why I didn't rate the hotel a 10.

Only there for about 5 hours due to delayed flights out of Winnipeg. Just thankful to get a good bed for a few hours sleep. Did you offer a complementary breakfast ? If you did we didn’t realize that but it didn’t matter as we had to leave early to catch out next flight. Edsel the shuttle driver was very good. And the person at the desk was very patient . We got lost in the airport and she had to send the shuttle twice.

Well, I didn’t realize I needed to pay an extra $50 when we got to the hotel. I thought I had already prepaid everything. So that could have been made clear. Unless you did make it clear and I missed reading it because I was so tired.

Our party of six stayed only 1 night at the Hotel. The location is very near Calgary airport. We got 3 separate rooms. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late and had our dinner at the restaurant in side the hotel. The services were excellent. We were served by Cherish. He was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. He mad our dinner so enjoyable. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near Calgary Aiport.

The bedroom was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very disappointing. My daughter's egg were raw in the middle and when we requested if she could have them cooked we were told this is how they were meant to be (raw?!) and in the replacement dish the eggs were even more raw in the centre. Together with pink dye coming out of the salmon she felt quite sick and left her breakfast.

The corner room offered TONS of natural light. Room was well appointed with fridge, coffee maker, ironing board & iron, comfortable desk and a small table with chairs (perfect for one on one meetings). Spacious dual wardrobe closets were nice for keeping things organized and the bench and mirror at the entry, perfect for heading out.

The location is awkward. Trying to get to restaurants or a store to pick up items, is no easy task as you end up touring half of NE Calgary to get in and out of this area. If you have your own vehicle and Google maps, no problem. But if you have to cab it back and forth, you'll probably feel like you're paying a premium for something you can see from the room.

Block out curtains don’t reach the floor so sunlight streams through under them totally defeating their purpose. Fire alarm went off at 1am, due to another guest in another room, all the hotel had to evacuate into the cold til fire dept gave all clear to return. Disrupted everyone’s sleep and travel next day. Not much of a response from staff, no Fire Marshall, no direction etc When we checked out we just got “sorry for the alarm”.
