Large and comfortable room, king size bed and great breakfast. Staff quickly resolved a minor issue with the room.

A child (of an employee?) set up a lemonade stand in the hotel lobby next to the registration desk. We were asked multiple times if we wanted to sample and/or buy the lemonade, which felt awkward. We were surprised management would allow this.

I liked that it was close to the airport and that there was a shuttle available every half hour 24 hours a day and that I was able to leave my car in the parking lot while I was away. Starting at 6am, breakfast with a variety of food from all four food groups and beverage (coffee, tea, juice, milk). Also the little market where you could buy snacks and frozen dinners when the restaurant next door is not open. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. One of the cleaners even helped me steer my luggage cart around the corner!

Online check-in was helpful. Receptionists friendly and helpful. Good shuttle drivers. Clean, big room with nice toiletries and towels. The pool has towels colored differently from the room towels, so it's easy to keep track of which ones should stay in the pool area and which ones should go back to the room. The pool shower has a soap dispenser, which is great! That seems basic, but it's the first time I've seen it. The exercise room looks nice, although we didn't use it. There's a Keurig machine and four cups in the room! My husband needs his coffee in the morning, and it's so nice that I can just prepare it in the room! Even though the hotel has no restaurant, there are some food items for sale; and the room has a microwave and mini fridge, so you can prepare your instant noodles. Even though our flight was too early to enjoy the breakfast, they supplied a packet of apple slices and a packaged muffin. The wake-up call was right on time.

I called to say we wanted to eat at the airport before getting on the shuttle, and was told that was fine; just call when we were ready. -- but when we were ready, It was hard to reach the shuttle. Phone Menu Item 1, 'shuttle,' no one would pick up, which is good if she's driving. I don't want a driver to talk when she is driving -- but how about a "call back" option, or something. Option 4, the receptionist, was also busy. I finally got through and got good instructions, so that part was good; but a "Call me back" option would be nice, so I don't have to keep calling.

We had a very pleasant stay at this modern and beautifully decorated hotel. The room was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The gym was excellent, and although there isn’t an on-site restaurant, the staff kindly recommended a great place to eat at a nearby hotel. The simple breakfast provided was convenient, and the airport transfer service was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and they also let us store our luggage for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Nothing to point out.

Breakfast was nice for the price of the hotel. There could have been a bit more variety of fruit. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The bathroom toiletries could have been a bit better stocked without guests having to ask for more.

They gave us a quiet room but it was across from a storage room for housekeeping/cleaning stuff. There was some loud noise late in the night when the crew must have gone to the room to organise their cleaning stuff. Other than that it was ok.

We found all the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome more than in any other hotel we've stayed in. I also liked the free breakfast. It was nice there were hot choices and there was a nice variety. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the free shuttle to the airport was fantastic! Also nice to have sundry store onsite though items were a little pricey. We would definitely stay there again.

Only flaw was locking the bathroom door. The door went off track and I would have gotten stuck in there if I didn't have someone on the other side to get it back on track so I could open it. Also, sundry items in little store were pricey.

Conveniently located and close to the airport. The shuttle was handy, and our morning driver was fantastic. The room was clean although in need of maintenance. Breakfast was great with lots of hot food options.

Shower door handle was very loose and there were water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom from an obvious overflow above. The bed made weird, expanding and collapsing sounds when we were getting in and out; it sounded like the boxspring had air pockets in it. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear people in the next rooms.

We stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham last year and we were quite pleased. When we came back this year the staff upgraded us. We were in a lovely suite. Wish we had more time to stay. Unfortunately it was only overnight. I did book for our stay on the way back. I'm very glad that I did.

The facilities , and staff were fantastic, however, I did create a Wyndham points account for myself last year when we stayed, and I can't seem to access it. I'm not sure whether I have been mistaken with my email. I've tried both emails that I have and so I have been unable to recover my password. I'm not sure who to call to get advice for this. I don't want to miss out on points. I have points from last year. I also have points from last summer. I stayed at a Ramada by Wyndham hotel in Fredericton in August. I was quite disappointed with the facilities there. I was compensated with 500 points that I haven't been able to check on. Any help I can get would be very appreciated. I haven't been able to find a phone number to speak to anyone.

It is nice hotel near airport with excellent free shuttle to and from airport! There is possibility of free breakfast and they have a small wending shop too. Our Room was well equipped and the Lobby was good. We loved the notice about not smoking or you pay 500 USD 👌👍 From our window we saw nice encounter between a Rabbit and a chickmunk or beaver

Approach Road has a bit odd winding course, no swimming pool. Room was not recharged with toiletries and bins cleaning was not done the next day of our check in. Some towels were too old with threads hanging but we liked there notice to help protecting the environment by not charging bed sheets before 3rd day. The front desk staff can better be multi cultural (I noted mostly Chinese), and at checkin they should ask if you are Wyndham loyalty program member. Their lifts are slow and have repeated noisy alarming sounds. Their check out time is 11am and to stay up to 1pm we paid extra 25 Dollars. As check in is at 3pm check out can be allowed at 12 noon or 1pm for the Wyndham reward members.

Being a Airport hotel I figured the plane noise I would hear, but I didn't. I had a little fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was better then I expected. Shuttle worked out very well to the airport. I was picked up and dropped off early morning. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I have a lay over for one night.

Location is not the best for walking to find meals or food to have in your room. This is common for airport hotels. Your in a area that has alot of warehouses. But very peaceful for noise.
