The room was clean. The breakfast was good enough. The staff was friendly. The kitchenette was a good bonus. Free use of laundry room was good. Free parking was great. Area felt safe. Restaurant in hotel next door was good.

Bed was too small for two persons and not very comfortable despite saying it was a large queen..didnt feel that way. Elevators did not work after the 1st day of our stay. Very annoying to go up steps everyday with knee issues. Going down with luggage was a chore. No compensation for this...just a " will be fixed " soon message...never rectified before we checked out.Im sure its better now. Snackette is overpriced. Location is in industrial area so if you dont drive, getting to a supermarket or other amenities may be difficult.

We arrived very late, our luggage was not returned to us by the airline for our overnight stay so we were without toothbrushes etc. The gentleman who checked us in was great and gave us some complimentary toothbrushes and paste. Told us if we needed anything else to let him know. Arranged for out travel back to the airport in the am and told us where and when their lovely continental breakfast was ( lots of options available for foods). Our room was large, clean and had nice amenities (too bad we didn't have time to use them) .Would highly recommend .

We just needed a place to crash for the night and it had the best price. We weren’t expecting much. Boy were we surprised. They had thought of everything! The room had a nice layout, lots of space, tons of storage. People mist have extended stays in these suites bc they had many small touches - paper towel, tupperware for you to put leftovers in, a water pitcher in the fridge, etc it was better equipped than some air bnbs. The little shop in the lobby even sold some frozen dinners and things beyond chips and snacks. The morning breakfast had a great variety for a free breakfast and was kept well stocked throughout the morning. Ot was a great stay. I will look for this hotel chain elsewhere in the future

The staff were absolutely wonderful, considerate and professional. The room was clean and cool when we arrived which the cleaning staff maintained during our visit.

The elevator was often unavailable, however, the staff assisted when we were leaving with taking our bags down the stairs. There appears to be some hostility with the Hotel and their shuttle service drivers, which the driver made apparent they were unhappy with the hotels contract with them.

The size of the room and bathroom was very good. The "livng room" area has a shelf all the length of the wall, with drawers underneath. Lots of storage place. The kitchen has a full refrigerator and a 2 burner stove top. Both worked well. Pots & pans, dishes, utensiles, all in good order. There is a comfy recliner, a work chair (on wheels) and a regular padded chair. The bed was comfy as well. The breakfast was the regular items, but the hotel uses porcelaine plates, cups, real utensiles, not the paper, plastic and styrofoam of most hotels.

One drawer in the fridge could not be opened unless you opened the bedroom door... The refrigerator is too close to the entrance door.

Staff were amazing especially Kerri head of house keeping. There was a bit of an issue and she came acknowledged the issue and immediately rectified the issue. Except for a noxious smell coming from our fridge (we were moved to another room) everything is spotlessly clean. We were impressed that even microwaves looked like they had never been used.

The hotel airport shuttle are taxis that the hotel negotiated a deal with but it seems the fare has not been increased since before Covid and some drivers are a little disgruntled.

Clean, modern, large rooms with everything you need in your room and on the property including a covered BBQ area and dog walking area. Lots of parking, very friendly and helpful staff, really nice continental style breakfast. Easy check in and check out, easy to get delivery or you can cook for yourself because there’s a fully equipped kitchen in the room. Beds were very comfortable!

For some reason the room got extremely hot over night in the middle of winter - had to turn the thermostat down and set it to cooling to make it tolerable but that worked well.

The room was nice. And quiet. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and renovated. The room has a kitchen counter with a regular size fridge, sink, and a hot plate. Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise ( it was not mentioned when I booked the room through Booking.com ). The breakfast space was clean and very well organized..

The carpet in my room was a bit outdated, but it was clean. The hotel was in the middle of changing carpets in the hallways. It was somewhat inconvenient but did not affect my overnight stay. And a complimentary taxi ride to the airport kind of covered an inconvenience for me.

Lovely room impeccable, with great kitchenette. Very close to airport. We left car at the hotel and were driven at the airport at no charge. Love the smell of brand new carpet in hallways .

Limited channels on tv. Treadmill in excercise room was not working. Breakfast could use more diversity, however we were pleasantly surprised to have cream cheese with our bagels. Mazel tov! A Keurig coffee machine would allow guests to buy and brew their favourite coffee.
