So easy to fly to Calgary and just walk in. Beautiful room overlooking West Jet concourse and downtown Calgary. Thoughtful birthday dessert sent to room by front desk. Room service delivered just toast and bacon as it was all we wanted. Front desk staff warm and greeting.

Having to join club and pay Marriott to use internet, though it was waived to us “this one time” is ridiculous. Skimpy amount of towels in bathroom. I didn’t realize until drying off after morning shower that one towel wasn’t enough. I would hardly call room service then.

I was allocated a large accessible room. Very clean. Good location..i arrived late at night and a shuttle driver took me from my arrival gate..to the hotel lobby. I appreciated that

The check-in staff person was not at all friendly or empathetic to my “tired, exhausted” state after a very, long day of travel. I gave my credit card today for the room. I asked for a receipt and was told quite tersely..you’ll get it in the morning on check out. I detest the awful liquid coffee “creamer” that is supplied for coffee. It is not at all close to cream. Awful stuff.

Our bags were handled from us the minute we pulled up in the car until we were checked in at our airline counter the next day. I can't tell you how helpful that was as I was traveling with my 87 yr old mother. The room was spotless with great amenities. I have stayed at an endless amount of hotels, but this was the best I can remember. And very close to the International terminal. It took the stress away from catching a 0615 flight. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Pinder who helped us at check in was absolutely top notch !!! Appreciated his help and offer to return to lobby and contact him if we needed any additional assistance. The room was great, nice and spacious and beds comfy. The bathroom was huge with a large counter & added bonus was the built in three shelves. Room was very clean, carpet was like new.

The only thing I can think of is the towel quality wasn’t what I would have expected at the Marriott and especially for that price of the room. Can use new fluffy bigger towels.

Being within the airport terminal, this hotel was high quality, with very comfy and spacious rooms. General cleanliness throughout and the friendly staff made my stay an excellent experience.

Compared to other hotels in the vacinity, this proved very expensive. I stayed because others were here, but there were a lot more cheaper options available. Expensive and didn't include breakfast either.

As my flight is in the morning,and I am here in Calgary for just a night so this seems a best choice to spend the night, n just a walking distance to the check in counter for domestic n international flights...

As the staff accommodate for four hours complementary parking, but in order to avail full day parking u haveto pay around 40 dollars

After a busy few weeks exploring the Canadian Rockies we really appreciated the hotel location; being mere moments from the car rental drop off point made for a very easy transition. And then again at check out, we had a 2 minute walk to the check in desk for our flight - it really couldn’t have been easier. Due to an early drop off time for our rental car we ended up arriving much too early for check in, but the Marriott team were able to accommodate an early check-in for us, which was much appreciated. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and found the food to be excellent.

Large room. Comfy bed. Such a great location after a long flight. Really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub to unwind in. Bar food was nice and a great range of drinks

In-room refreshment was poor. For the money charged I expect more than 2 teabags, 3 coffee sachets (2 with caffeine, 1 without) and 2 small mini containers of "french vanilla" milk

Being an airport hotel, you can't really fault the location :) We were somewhat jetlagged, so it was great to be 'upgraded' to a room with a better view over the airport and Calgary downtown sunset. Being an airport hotel there aren't any overt frills, but the room itself was a good size, the wifi worked well, all facilities are on the doorstep, so all good. The hotel staff were professional and friendly, and the lobby restaurant staff were super - they looked after us well and we even came away with some tips for our visit - would stay here again for sure!

It was great to be right in the terminal, as we had a 4am start on departure! It was also close to the hire car drop off garage, which was a bonus when walking with luggage. The check in receptionist was delightful and efficient.

I had received an email prior to arrival, saying that I had to become a member of the Marriott ‘club’ if I wanted free Wi-Fi during my stay. This turned out to be incorrect, but was misleading at the time.
