The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We needed more towels and housekeeping brought them right away. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. We needed to return our rental car and the hotel provided shuttle service for us to return to the property. In the morning, we had a lot of ski gear and needed a ride to the airport. Because their shuttle van was in for repair, they had a smaller SUV. The driver made two trips to the airport with ski gear and family members. The front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Every staff member made our stay stress free!

Really nothing

The location is near the airport which is nice. It's also not far from a good variety of shopping centers and restaurants. Easy to navigate the hotel and parking lot. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport if needed which is also a plus. The staff is very friendly with the included 24/7 room service.

Breakfast is not included despite saying it is on the listing on booking.com. The immediate surroundings could be better. The hotel is located near a casino which could be a pro or con depending on your preference. The hallways of the hotel seem a bit dull. The elevators tend to have a bad odor at all times.

Good value

Shuttle driver told when needed to leave and had all our bags, including skis, ready at the front door but he wouldn’t let us help them into the van, took forever loading them and nearly made us late for our bus connection at arrivals as he took someone with a longer departure lead time there first and then had to loop around the whole airport again. He didn’t give us the option of getting off with her and getting the elevator down to arrivals which made it stressful. We cancelled our booked stay for our return trip because of that.

Well maintained hotel - beautiful breakfast room and holiday decorations . Also, it was great that the bar was open until midnight since we only came in shortly before that hour and could still get a drink. The beds were very comfy and the room is pretty quiet. Airport shuttle and attentive staff.

I had specifically booked a room including breakfast, but we ended up paying $24 even though I asked specifically everything on the menu was included in the voucher. Orange juice (regular, not freshly squeezed) was extra too.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The inconsistency of the meal vouchers. I have stayed here weekly for the last month. Usually there is no issues with having the breakfast vouchers. The first stay I was issued breakfast vouchers, the following week I was not issued any but this was remedied by the waiter retrieving them for me. This last week when not issued, the host was rude demanding I go to the front and get them immediately.

I enjoyed the breakfast a lot, the server was Bhaaneesh and he is amazing! He has served me before and is absolutely excellent. If I owned a hotel and restaurant, I would try to hire him away, he is excellent. He remembered me from last time. He is a keeper All the staff that serve, work at the front desk, clean rooms and others are wonderful! I wish I knew all the names of those who served me in both the bar and the restaurant, they are all excellent.

I would love to have a little more choice on the menus, amazing food, but a little more variety would be great.

The Breakfast was very good as was the evening meal which we also enjoyed. We were particularly impressed with reception staff . One male member of staff sorted out our boarding passes on the computer for our flight back to London, arranged a lift back to the hotel when we returned our hire car to the airport and a lift to catch the plane the following day.

No Problems encountered.

The location was good and the price was fair. The duck I had at the restaurant was really good and we were given a free appetizer and that was a nice surprise.

The shuttle service is a bit limited with small cars and a pretty limited schedule. I also would have liked to have known ahead of time that we had to call for the shuttle service because that caused us to waste some time but we ended up ok.

The staff here went above and beyond our expectations. They were very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The room was nice and clean. We had a pet friendly room and they had provided bowls in a beautiful westin dog mat. The hotel was very modern and updated. It was close to the airport and a casino. It had a nice lounge area. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Parking was a little limited due a large wedding/ function happening at their conference centre. The price is a little high, but you get Westin quality and touches.

Loved the room - the bed was a 10/10 comfortable - and the location is unbeatable. If you are flying in or out of YYC and need a close hotel, this is def a great option. The staff was super friendly as well!

Nothing - Thankfully we loved this stay at the end of a long trip - so there was nothing really to say in this category.
