Very clean , staff great, nice room with lots of room.

The comforter was way too heavy and the pillows were way too soft. Asa result I did not get a good night sleep. My wife and I were very unhappy with the quality of sleep. Up tossing all night. The other item was that the water in the shower was Luke warm and not hot at all. My wife and I felt the same way. My shower was at night before going to bed and my wife waited t’ill the morning and the water temp was the same. When I mentioned this to the clerk in the morning an other guest who was waiting to check out said the exact same thing. The did not even offer a discount on the room.

Staff was great, room very clean, very comfortable pillows and bedding, gym and pool were excellent. Breakfast was also good, location a bit out of the way, closest restaurant was an adjacent hotel.

There were signs in the dinning area "Waste less - Eat more"... when they provided PLASTIC cups, throw-away plates and those wooden cutlery. It is sure cheaper to have only one person to clean up (i.e. emptying one garbage bag after the other) - but it is uncivilized and poor environmental stewardship. Having porcelain plates and cups and real cutlery is the hall mark of a good hotel - so it cost a bit more in housekeeping and dishwasher. Imagine the mountain of thrash 1 billion people produce EVERY DAY by using throw-away plastic. Please rethink this.

Food options were good. But they would quickly run out of food and we had to wait for 10-15min to get food again. Staff was helpful, but still could have been better if they had some more staff. Room was big and comfortable.

Room that we got had a smell in the entrance and also in the bathroom. They couldn't change our rooms, but staff put a scented candle in the bathroom to get rid of the smell.

Everything was good, Airport shuttle service is a good service and convenient for the customers, pool was a good option for the customers.

Breakfast could be more better, we stayed there 3 nights and 4 days, but every morning breakfast dishes were same , u should change it everyday at-least but repeatedly every dish everyday was little discouraging to have breakfast at hotel. Should be a water cooler on every floor for re-fitting water bottles.

The sheets were amazing so soft white wow Overall the feeling of the cleanness in the room and bathroom was amazing! It’s a new property feeling nothing can compare! Great helpful friendly stuff too

The breakfast was awful :)) and I’m not a picky eater. Felt like the cheapest ingredients were used for it.. the omelette sausage.. even cream cheese:( but peanut butter yogurt and a bagel saved the day lol! Coffee was great too!

The breakfast was one of the best I ever had at a HIE. The decor was very modern. The cleaning staff are very friendly and the location was perfect for our layover.

It was necessary to flush the toilet four times for it to actually evacuate all the contents. I whish there were more than just two bath towels in the room. It's too easy to go through that small amount and it is difficult to get staff to bring up extra towels sometimes if it is late in the evening.

The room was comfortable with 2 queen size beds, perfect to accommodate 4 people. The breakfast (included in the stay) was amazing! It definitely exceeded my expectations. There were omelet, sausages, cereals, yogurts, pancakes, fruits and berries, bread and bagels with a variety of spreads and jams, and pastries. Free transfer to the airport was a great bonus too!

For some reason, there were towels enough only for 2 people.

I don’t like the staff. The receptionist who accommodate me that time was not good. I don’t think she has a good customer service. She accommodate the white person so well. Then when I came she was not so friendly. Maybe because I am Asian. As if she don’t want me to stay. When I paid and my card decline because I press the wrong pin she god irritated. She never tell me instructions on wifi etc etc. she just tell me my room number. So disappointing

This was the end of our wounderfull 4 week trip to Canada, so wanted to be close to Calgary airport for our next day flight back to the UK, Which wasn't until 8.35pm we where able to stay in our room an extra hour and then we where able to wait in the lobby with our laugage until we left at 4pm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good too. We also had one last view of the Rockies and downtown Calgary from our room 😀

I liked that the property has a shuttle and when it is not running I really like that the front desk calls a taxi and provides them with a voucher. This takes the sting out of having to come from the airport because it’s about $18 each direction and adds up. The breakfast included was ok, but being a buffet that runs for a few hours it’s understandable that it’s basic. I like that the dining area is out near the lobby and comfortable. The only thing which turned me off was that the coffee was so so and worse yet no real milk or cream was provided; only powdered creamer which is full of carcinogens and tastes awful. I skipped the coffee because of these two reasons. The room was exceedingly sparkling clean, and efficiently laid out. I was actually surprised by how large it was! Also a big bonus is that it was extremely quiet!! Staff at the front were super friendly, which is nice when you have been travelling and arrive tired.

Oh I didn’t like that breakfast starts half an hour later at 7am instead of 6:30am on weekends which made it tight to catch my flight. Would be better to keep it at 6:30am every day.
