The Suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The sectional was comfy unlike other hotel couches. The pool, hot tub and games room was enjoyed and all worked for the duration of our stay. The staff were very friendly. The coupons for Schmity's breakfast was a pleasant surprise. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again if we are back in the area.

The mattresses were the only thing that could've been better. They weren't horrible but by the end of our stay my back was ready for a more supportive sleep.

Our room was big. It was on the end of the corridor. We had extra space.

The coupon for the breakfast was not given out all at once at checkin. We stayed for two nights and was given only for next day. You have to go back to reception to get your breakfast coupon. It's an extra hassle. Also the breakfast is next door at Smitty restaurant. At first we were made to wait because we were using hotel coupons and the rolling eyes from the wait staff. Non hotel guest were seated first. But once we were seated the service was great.

Facilities offered are value for money

Front office staff need training on customer service skills . Check in process was okay, but while checking out , the front office staff member doesn’t seem to have the basic knowledge of customer service .. Or I don’t know if they have too much of work load ..They seemed to be totally stressed up at 8:30 in the morning while checking out. They forget to smile at customers and do not want to wish back when they are greeted … This kind of ATTITUDE from the staff will kill your reputation Thanks

Very helpful staff, very accomodating. Room super clean & room larger than most with a nice layout. Smittys Restaurant is a few feet away & next to Smittys is Tim Hortons. You get a coupon for $5.00 off a meal at Smittys as well. Nice little coffee bar with Coffee & tea & a single cup Keurig machine. Fridge was super cold so my wine wasnt long chilling. Microwave comes in handy too. AC worked great & it's Pet friendly . I'm at the end of the hall so not much extra noise to bother Fergus my little rescue.

Nothing so far..its been great. I had issues with GPS in locating the motel as it is tucked away kind of off the beaten path but thats no ones fault..

Had breakfast at the Smitty's which is attached to the hotel. Received coupons for breakfast from the hotel. It was convenient and delicious. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

Not really a complaint because we realize a place can't cater to everyone but if they have to replace the toilets in the future it would be nice to have ones a little taller. Being in the hip/knee replacement stage of life the extra few inches would work wonders.

Staff is fantastic, appreciate the discount for breakfast at Smitty's. The room was nice and big and everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

The bed was a wonderful king size but it wasn't a very comfortable mattress. A little too springy for us. That being said we still managed to have a good sleep. It was not noisy in the room or outside, it was nice and quiet. The pool was being maintained but we had been informed of that and asked if we wanted to maintain the booking which we did.

The pool area was nice and well kept. The games room was a nice touch as well as the free tea and coffee around the clock. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved how close it was to the hockey rink, Genesis center and the Smittys on site added to the convenience.

The back door locking at 11pm. It was extremely cold out and the hotel was fully booked because of multiple hockey tournaments, so had to walk around the building from the parking lot.

We stayed here for a mini New Years Staycation. The hotel was great, rooms were clean. Loved that the suites have a kitchenette , no oven, which is fine but should be noted for food planning purposes. Games room and pool were a highlight for my kids!

Everything was great. Staff dealt with rowdy New Years guests effectively, though they did call my room back at 2:30 am to tell me they had dealt with it, which woke up my kids. Other than that great.

It was so clean, it smelled new. The room was very clean, and so was the pool area. Good value for money.

Very minor things like the smoking bench being too close to the front doors (very strong marijuana smell), and a small elevator. Also, I felt bad for the front desk ladies. Both the evening and morning ladies were alone, and they shouldn’t have been. They were being run ragged, but were still doing an amazing job.

Had such a great stay here. We are local to Airdrie but heard rave reviews about this hotel. The room was huge and a perfect space for my 7 year olds birthday! The pool was amazing and the game flex space was a great touch.

The only thing that would have been better is if the TV had capabilities for guests to login to their Netflix or Disney account for a movie
