Great clean place, friendly staff (even if I was upset with having my cards declined, she still smiled and tried other options. Eventually figured out the problem...I was using my Mastercard debit card and it's not accepted that way at that hotel) got settled in and the room was huge. Enough space for the 4 grandkids and my hubby and I.

I tried using my debit/credit card to pay. Which declined as many times as we tried. Very frustrating knowing full well you have plenty of money but can't use it. Maybe for the future travels to any if your hotels....have it set up so if I used my debit/credit card it's going to accept it.

Very clean rooms and housekeeping throughout the hotel. Rooms were very well air conditioned on a very hot day/evening. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly

Was a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area. But after staying can see a lot of time and effort goes into the housekeeping and staff.

Clean and comfortable. Decent bed and pillows. Loved that there is a bathtub and good breakfast. Pool also nice. And good Keurig coffee maker.

A little out of the way but not bad. Rarely someone at the front desk.

Small hotel located near nothing but has a pool with a waterslide. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious.

Hot tub was ok, jets didn't work great. Minor issue with my room but the staff were amazing and found a perfect solution.

We were able book an adjoining room with little notice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety. Sheets were clean, pillows were comfortable, lots of towels and liked the available soaps.

The hotel is visibly outdated/in need of touchups The door in the bathroom had chiped paint on the bottom, the TV would get really weird static when looking at the Menu. The tiles on the pool ladder were loose and moved when the kids climbed out of the pool We were told the beds were Queens but clearly they were doubles.

This place exceeded my expectations! The room/facility was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage space. The pool/hot tub had great temperatures and was also very clean! Also the complimentary breakfast was filling.

The staff were friendly, the pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast was above my expectations. I really liked that the breakfast was served until 10am. The 11am check out was really wonderful and allowed my friends and me more time to catch up.

The staff , particularly the Manager “Sonja” was really helpful and professional. The breakfast was good with decent options. Pool facility together with water slide was really good.

Nothing really to mention

Breakfast was excellent. Very good variety of food and seating space. Suggest toaster and rack with bread and bagels be swapped. Toaster right in corner means access to hot dishes is partially blocked by person waiting for toaster too finish.

Reception desk was unmanned often when looking for assistance. Wet floor sign left seemingly permanently in elevator? Set thermostat too 67 and noisy fan in unit “never” shut off?

Didn't have the breakfast so no comment. Location was good, no issue

Elevator was a bit concerning at times. very slow and no certification shown as per inspection schedule and dates.
