Location was great and situated next to a grocery store. Wifi worked great and they provide shampoo, conditioner, etc. The contactless door access was great as arrival/departure times can be at odd hours of the day. There was always someone present at the front desk during working hours.
The outlets for one of the walls weren't functioning, which is something that can be fixed and not a deal breaker. Parking is not included, there is direct access (which is convenient!) with the garage parking but its 30 CAD daily. Wish there was a slight discount for people staying overnight, but parking in general in Banff is tricky.

Great location, right in town and near the bus stop for Lake Louise, Norquay and Sunshine. Well equiped kitchen, making it very easy to cook for the family. Nice living room and large television. Very comfortable beds. Good storage of Skis and Ski boots.
No storage space for clothes, we were living out of our suitcases and even used kitchen cupboards to store clothes (they really should install some storage in the bedrooms). The front door is not well insulated, quite noisy if people walk in the hallway. Bedrooms are tiny. Every morning the garbage truck makes quite some noise in front of the hotel loading garbage.

Very nice room/ unit. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave made it easy to make meals in the room. The table sat all 4 of us very comfortably. There are 2 grocery stores within a short waking distance. The bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop hottubs were a nice treat. You can access the mall thru the parkade. The location is right downtown, so there are many shops, cafes, and restaurants within a short walking distance
Parking is available on site for a price but it's single entry only. There is free street parking after 8pm but fills up very quickly.

The property is in the middle of town and close to the grocery store. Free parking was within walking distance. You can walk out the door to restaurants and the laundry a few doors away. Similar to being in NYC.
The hall bathroom and second bedroom had no cabinets or countertops for your items. Had to keep belongings in your suitcase or sitting on the floor. Very odd to have such a large room for a week but no place to organize your necessities. Living room had one couch but other two chairs very uncomfortable, especially if you didn't have long legs. Hot tub wasn't very warm so couldn't enjoy that.

Amazing location and great facilities. Only two minor issues: (1) The beds were just double beds and the bedrooms were small, which made it cozy with luggage (in the booking it said “2x large double rooms”, so I was expecting queen beds at least). (2) The hotel does not have a deal with the building carpark, so you cannot exit and enter as you please for the $30 daily rate. It ends up being $30 each time you exit.

great location, right next to IGA and another supermarket Nester close by, bus stops are within 100-200 m walking distance. kitchen was very functional - although a little instruction on how to use the ventilator could be nice. large bin making things a lot easier when cooking. beds were comfortable
Bathroom is tiny, gota climb into a bathtub for shower. there was noise with ventilator or aircon, we couldn't work it out and turn it off but it didn't bother our stay. It is a great place to stay in Banff overall, really convenient. Parking next door, although do cost 30 dollars/day, is much needed to get luggage into the accomodation if you driving

Location was outstanding - right in downtown Banff; convenient to everything. Check-in was very easy with clear directions and passcodes to get into the building and into our room. Was clean, comfortable and perfect for two couples. Kitchen equipped with needed items.
The only thing that could be a little better would be to have a small table in the hallway bathroom so that toiletries and clothes could be put on something besides the floor. I also have many soap allergies, so I always bring my own soap, but there was nowhere to put it in the shower (except on the floor). The dispensers were great for everyone else!

Check-in and access to the room was very easy via the door codes. We loved the hot tub on the roof and used this most days during our stay - it has magnificent 360 mountain views. The room was very clean and modern, and having full kitchen amenities meant we were able to cook. We also had incredible views from both the living area and the bedroom. The location is brilliant - a 30 second stroll to Banff Ave where all of the main food/shops/bus stops are.
The bedroom was quite small - there was no space for any luggage so we ended up reconfiguring the living space to accomodate our suitcases. The bedroom also had low ceilings on one side which made access on that side of the bed difficult (my partner hit her head on one occasion).

During my recent stay at Basecamp Suites Banff, I was thoroughly impressed by several aspects of the accommodation. The location is absolutely fantastic, situated conveniently near a variety of restaurants, grocery shops, and all the best attractions Banff has to offer. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and enjoy local cuisine and shopping. The unit itself was impeccably clean and featured a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for preparing meals. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the reception team was highly professional and cordial, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. Their excellent communication made the stay even more pleasant and hassle-free.
While my stay at Basecamp Suites Banff was mostly positive, we missed an immersion blender, which would have been useful for preparing baby food. Other than this, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. Additionally, the hot tub was out of order during our stay, so we didn't have the chance to enjoy it

My third floor unit was very clean. Location excellent with next door a big supermarket. Close to everything. Kitchen well equipped. My unit came with dish detergent and sponge, cooking oil and pepper (no salt some how). I read some past reviews that said about there were no hooks for clothing and was pleasantly surprised to see range of hooks were provided in the living room and the two bedrooms that was very convenient to hang all the winter coats etc.
Bath tub was clean and big. Maybe it was because of winter, the hot water couldn't fill the tub with hot enough water for the tub. So, if thinking of a hot soak in winter may not be possible (I added 4 kettles of boiling water still couldn't have hot enough water).
