The accommodation is very close to the centre of Banff - an easy few minutes walking distance. The room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The lady who met us when we booked in was welcoming and helpful. We were able to park our motorcycle effectively under cover.

The continental breakfast was disappointing and unappetising. It was a tray of largely uninspiring pre-packaged items in the fridge. With more effort and forethought it would have been relatively easy to provide something that was generally far fresher and more nutritious.

Spacious, clean room, comfy beds, great variety of options for breakfast, both hot and cold. Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, great shower. Free parking on site. Quiet residential street. 5 minutes walking to Banff Ave. Great mountain view from your room in winter.

Could use a small table for having breakfast.

Close to downtown Banff, grocery markets, and bus station to get to many attractions/trails. Kind staff. A lot of food provided for breakfast (enough for lunch too). Clean, tidy, simple bedroom and washroom.

Finding where to park initially was quite difficult. Would be nice if there was heating available in the room. A do not disturb sign to hang on the door would be nice for when one is still inside and would not like to be disturbed (breakfast exchange or cleaning).

Big Room with good facilities. Breakfast supplied at the nearby Best Western was very good, Great staff who serviced the room each day with minimum intrusion and were good enough to take in a parcel for me.

Temperature fluctuated a great deal during the night and the heating was very noisy when it came on at all hours. Barking dog every time you came in was a real pain (and Im a dog lover). About 200m from the railway but the room shook everytime a train went by

1) courteous and responsive staff (Elsa) found a way to accommodate our request for a late check in due to flight schedule 2) comfortable and spacious bed, clean and warm accommodation 3) practical and generous snacks. good to have them ready in the fridge, ready for heating anytime we need to eat. 4) great location!

Minor suggestions - if you could add toothbrush/toothpaste for amenities (we bought at the nearby shop instead); instant noodles to warm up is a good option for snacks too, thanks for asking!

The owners have clearly worked hard to create a comfortable and inviting space for guests. The bed is great, the shower facilities are excellent, and the person I talked with was really nice and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the radiator in the upstairs room I was in made noises all night (from gentle tapping sounds like someone at the window to louder pinging noises), which woke me up several times.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms were very nice and quite spacious. The location was fantastic, only about a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown banff. There was parking available on site for free. Breakfast was a selection of packaged goods that were available in the fridge, including cereal with milk, pre-packaged muffins and breakfast sandwhiches, and fruit.

The mostly pre-packaged breakfasts were a built of a let down compared to other B&Bs in banff that are made fresh each morning.

Lovely, friendly host (Elsa) who made me feel very welcome and offered great advice for my stay in Banff. Great location too, only a 10 min walk to the centre of Banff village.

Overall it’s a very cosy place to stay. Only minor issue was the breakfast provided was quite sugary, but can’t complain too much!

Great large room, wonderful staff, very comfortable beds, and perfect distance from downtown - walkable but away from the craziness! It was quiet except for the train rumbling through town.

Breakfast was continental, placed in the fridge the day before. There was plenty of food, but I would have liked a home cooked breakfast for the coast.

A very large room in a nice looking house on a quiet road close to town. A varied selection of breakfast food left in the fridge each day. Felt comfortable, was well lit and spacious.

There was a little confusion over our booking when we arrived but this was sorted out quickly
