The loft style room was a great option for us so we could have some space to lounge after a long day of adventures without just sitting on the beds. Gave us some added privacy too! The staff were also very helpful and the hot tub and sauna were perfect after skiing. Location wise most of Banff is pretty walkable from this hotel, even in the deep cold of February, and there are excellent restaurants within a few blocks.

The rooms aren’t that sound proof (you can hear the party in the room next door) and there is some sort of constant buzzing noise. But the hotel provides earplugs so this wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Just something for guests to be mindful of.

The updated design and renovations. The efficient a/c. The offer of fruit in reception. Ski lockers offered at no cost. All the little areas to have a coffee and chat in and around reception. The Sunshine shuttle was within 20 meters of the hotel.

The loft rooms need a lot more drawers and hanging space. There’s lots of room upstairs in the bedroom area. We found we left clothes in the suitcase.

Location was excellent, right on the main high street near all the restaurants and bars. Plus a short walk to the canoe club and the tunnel mountain trail. Lots of parking on site. Our room was so spacious and lovely. It was our honeymoon and we arrived to find Prosecco and a card in the room, such a nice touch. Staff were so friendly and having the shop with excursion information on site was great. Coffee shop next door was brilliant too, we went every morning.

Nothing. Could not recommend more.

Doors were very heavy and very noisy when people leaving early and letting doors slam (worked out this is why there were earplugs by the side of the bed). TV had been installed in a stupid place and sticking out so walked into it on more than one occasion. There were better locations in the room for its installation.

I have a regular pick up truck and doesn’t fit in underground parking. Had to find parking on surrounding streets and wasn’t easy to get a parking spot

Ideal location to shops and restaurants. Convenience of a coffee shop off the lobby was a bonus. We were delighted to be able to check in early when we arrived as well to park in the underground garage.

Thin walls. Loud voices late at night. Difficult to get in and out of shower due to high tub edge.

Great location in the middle of Main strip , all bus stops (city buses , shuttle bus to ski hills) are right in front of the hotel, walking distance to shops, restaurants. Great staff It has two restaurants, can't comment about food because I didn't eat there. Beds are very confortable Reliable Wifi

Mumbling noise lasted the whole night, seems to come from the piping inside the wall. The manager was very reactive and has shown great understanding of the situation , credited one of my two nights and offered to move us to another room the next day. Room decoration cold and a bit worn out.

The hotel has been recently renovated and itts absolutely stunning! The service was incredibllle: all requests have been resolved with a smile. The family rooms are designed for maximum comfort. The hotel is located in prime location walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores

Everything! Staff were super friendly. Room was fabulous, spacious with a superb view of the mountains. Beds were so so comfortable! Busy stop for everywhere super close. Right on the corner of the Main St. Hotel lobby was so warm and inviting with lots of cosy places to relax. We felt at home.

Would have loved boot heaters for ski boots.

Location was great in the middle of the town. Easy to walk to many other places. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room I had faced the Main Street so you could hear people outside in the evening. Also weird noises throughout the night that could be heard through the walls.
