We loved the room layout and location. The place is a walking distance from the city centre. There is a one free designated parking spot and just right outside the building itself is a paid parking area. We got the 3-bedroom apartment and we were impressed how spacious it is. The kitchen is well equipped with the stuff we needed and there is also a clothes washer/dryer available in the unit that we rented at. The whole unit is clean and the area is quiet, the Internet connection is fast and reliable as well. There is also a hot but at the rooftop that we were able to use. We loved that though there is no reception/office, they are still very responsive when I messaged them. I loved the whole process from booking the suite to checking-in and out, and that it is all online and hassle free. Will definitely book again and recommend this place to others.

Everything worked and was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The appliances were full size and everything we needed in the kitchen was provided including salt and pepper and spray cooking oil. It was very quiet and we had a great rest. The king bed in our studio suite (micro suite) was very comfortable.

Only one thing was the street parking was pricey so next time I would just book a room with a parking spot. It stated when booking that micro suite didn’t have parking. I later found out that was a studio suite which is what we booked. I didn’t know that term and so now I do. I just felt it could’ve been clearer. Our suv was fine on the street but just a little inconvenient because it was a bit far away is all. It ended up being fine. The front desk wasn’t certain but thought parking went from 8 to 8 in which case if true meant I bought too much parking time since we arrived after 8pm so I may not have had to pay quite as much. I’ll know for next time and yes I would stay again….Everything else was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great in the center of Canmore. Apartment was clean and kitchen had a French press for making coffee. The hot tub on the roof was a great surprise, it had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Parking was tight but manageable, note that only certain rooms are allocated parking spots. Limited storage in the room and bathroom. I did not receive my entrance code email but upon calling they were able to send immediately.

Great central location in downtown Canmore surrounded by shops, restaurants and amazing views. Huge apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Nice fans included in both bedrooms. Food and ice cream truck located right outside. Private parking spot included with some units. Everything appears very new and clean. Small rooftop hot tub avail. Washer and dryer unit within apartment. Riverwalk close by. Wish we had more time to enjoy this property/ town!

Would have loved a balcony (vs a gated slider..although some units appeared to have one). HVAC system made a lot of noise when it turned on/off. Our check in codes had not arrived by check in, but I was able to call to acquire.

Amazing location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, trails and anything else you might need in central Canmore. Solid overall construction meant you couldn't hear neighbors for the most part. Compact kitchen but adequately appointed. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Super convenient automated check-in and checkout.

Parking is tight and other guests seldom park where they are supposed to resulting in us losing our spot and having to park in someone else's spot. Blackout shades and blinds don't completely cut out the light which is slightly problematic for trying to put child to sleep on sofa bed. Very dry air when it is cold and heat comes on making it less comfortable for sleep.

Amazing value for the money, great location in the middle of town, clean spacious rooms, fully equipped to cover all your basic needs. The hot tub was brilliant,, ain't nothing better than to chill out the jacuzzi after a day of hiking. It was fully operational during our stay on Sunday evening. Easy to check in and check out online. Free parking on site for 1 car was provided. They even left a couple of detergent capsules for us, so we could wash our clothes if necessary.

Excellent clean hotel, quick virtual check in and checkout. Free onsite parking. Close to main city centre and attractions. Room and whole apartment were spacious. Kitchen had every thing. Clean and fully loaded bathrooms. Every thing was fantastic. Strongly recommended.

Apper bed of the bunk bed had hairs left on the bed sheet. Cleaning needs to be improved.

We like the ambiance and how close it was to the centre of town. We also liked how nice the unit itself is. It exceeded our expectations which made us have a really good time. Very accessible too. I personally love the online check in system as an introvert myself.

Some of the cooking utensils were not cleaned properly and the oven is a little dirty.

The location was excellent, check-in was effortless, the condo was immaculate. I loved that the host communicated very well and checked in to make sure all was good. Would stay again.

It was great, the only improvement would be a regular coffee machine, there is a Bodum. Maybe oil and vinegar for cooking. Not deal breakers by any means.

The location was amazing...steps from everything in downtown Canmore. The unit was spotless and gorgeous. The full kitchen was very useful. I liked the shampoo.

I had not realized that getting the room with no parking would be such a hassle because any free parking in Canmore is far from the unit. The bed was really soft and the pillows were really stiff, so I did not sleep well.
