Great central location in downtown Canmore surrounded by shops, restaurants and amazing views. Huge apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Nice fans included in both bedrooms. Food and ice cream truck located right outside. Private parking spot included with some units. Everything appears very new and clean. Small rooftop hot tub avail. Washer and dryer unit within apartment. Riverwalk close by. Wish we had more time to enjoy this property/ town!

Would have loved a balcony (vs a gated slider..although some units appeared to have one). HVAC system made a lot of noise when it turned on/off. Our check in codes had not arrived by check in, but I was able to call to acquire.

Amazing location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, trails and anything else you might need in central Canmore. Solid overall construction meant you couldn't hear neighbors for the most part. Compact kitchen but adequately appointed. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Super convenient automated check-in and checkout.

Parking is tight and other guests seldom park where they are supposed to resulting in us losing our spot and having to park in someone else's spot. Blackout shades and blinds don't completely cut out the light which is slightly problematic for trying to put child to sleep on sofa bed. Very dry air when it is cold and heat comes on making it less comfortable for sleep.

Amazing value for the money, great location in the middle of town, clean spacious rooms, fully equipped to cover all your basic needs. The hot tub was brilliant,, ain't nothing better than to chill out the jacuzzi after a day of hiking. It was fully operational during our stay on Sunday evening. Easy to check in and check out online. Free parking on site for 1 car was provided. They even left a couple of detergent capsules for us, so we could wash our clothes if necessary.

We like the ambiance and how close it was to the centre of town. We also liked how nice the unit itself is. It exceeded our expectations which made us have a really good time. Very accessible too. I personally love the online check in system as an introvert myself.

Some of the cooking utensils were not cleaned properly and the oven is a little dirty.

Location, style of unit and design, two bathrooms and washer & dryer - ideal for multiple night stay. Also love the free on-site parking and ability to text staff and message via Booking.com. Appreciative they sent someone to us within 30 min for issue with washing machine

Stairs only - no elevator (hard to carry bags up): no visible vending machines to purchase snacks or drinks; No books with Banff or Canmore info

The location was amazing...steps from everything in downtown Canmore. The unit was spotless and gorgeous. The full kitchen was very useful. I liked the shampoo.

I had not realized that getting the room with no parking would be such a hassle because any free parking in Canmore is far from the unit. The bed was really soft and the pillows were really stiff, so I did not sleep well.

The location was excellent, check-in was effortless, the condo was immaculate. I loved that the host communicated very well and checked in to make sure all was good. Would stay again.

It was great, the only improvement would be a regular coffee machine, there is a Bodum. Maybe oil and vinegar for cooking. Not deal breakers by any means.

Our stay was great; it had the perfect amenities and the beds were super comfortable. Morgan on reception made our stay, she was helpful with all of the questions I asked and she even phoned once we were checked in to make sure we were happy with the room, we added on an extra night which was really easy to do!

The location, the view, and the staff were fantastic! The hotel room had nearly everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub in the morning! We had an issue with our door lock but they came to fix it!

When the issue with our door lock came up, they immediately had someone come up to try to fix it but when they couldn't, we had to wait for maintenance. All if the staff were so lovely! However, we had plans to go out right when we arrived, as it was just a quick getaway from work. We were unable to go out for hours while it was fixed. It would have been nice to be offered a credit or a discount for our night stay. I must say again that all of the maintenance people were great!

I like that the hotel’s location is right in the middle of the town - walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. With virtual check in, it was very convenient. Once we got into the room, it was so prettily decorated. It had everything we needed. I like that there was in-suite laundry. The beds were very comfy - perfect after a day full of activities.

Parking was limited. When we got there, there was someone who parked on our assigned stall. But it got sorted right away.
