Very clean, feels like home, full kitchen, dining room, living room and 3 bedrooms. Great location. Easy check in and check out procedures. Friendly customer service staff.

Shampoo dispenser is not working properly. The entire container of shampoo, soap and conditioner was initially attached to the wall but became loose and got detached. Please use better containers. Plwase add hand soap, dish detergent and long brush for manually washing dishes other than the dishwasher. Please include water dispenser in the kitchen.

The apartment was a good size with a full equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size with beautiful mountain views from both rooms. The sitting area outside the bedrooms on the grass was also very nice.

The train tracks run right along the back fence which is only a few feet from the bedrooms and the trains run day & night. So if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs. There wasn't enough car parking onsite. We came home very late one night to find no parking space left even though we had a park permit and there was meant to be a space for 1 car per unit.

Nice and spacious, dated but very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had most things we needed. Glad to have cable TV. Loved the extra storage space near the front door - it came in really handy for our coolers and ski equipment. Good location for walking to restaurants, even to activities in town.

The train. It ran day and night, right outside our window. We got a little used to it after a couple nights, but it did lead to some disturbed sleeping for those in the one bedroom facing the tracks.

The location is walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, bakery. Few minutes drive to downtown Canmore. Beautiful view of the mountain is right by your window. We rented a 3 bedroom chalet for 5 people and it's perfect for a family.

We rented a 3 bedroom chalet with 5 people. This place would be perfect if there's 2 bathrooms. The one bathroom and half bath is just ok .

There was plenty of room for our family. The unit was clean and comfortable, with most of the comforts of home. We got a great price that allowed us to extend our stay an extra day - LOVE that since it's hard to find nowadays.

Limited seating (one broken club chair) in the living room. Tried to start the fireplace but was not able to, the instructions were confusing. An additional comforter for the pullout in the Livingroom would be nice to have in the future.

The location was just fine. And it was as advertised two bedrooms, kitchen living room bathroom

We liked everything about the property though there were some little damages here and there and it was a little bit dated. However, we were feeling that that was appropriate for the price. Only one issue was the checking information came well after 4 o’clock and on this particular trip that actually mattered

Location, Balcony & Spacious apartment

Parking was full when we arrived late in the evening. There shall be one dedicated parking stall available for each apartment regardless of what time the renter arrives. I called the help desk phone number for info. about check-in, but the person attended the phone and denied our reservation. I found out the information from the email & and the message sent out to know check-in information.

Location was easy to get to. Unit was spacious, perfect for myself and my two boys. There were 3 beds available as the sofa pulled out into a bed. Modern appointments. Clean and cozy.

The recycling and garbage demands are a bit much for the casual visitor ... traveling with kids is hassle enough, and now I have to separate the recycling from the garbage and put it all in different bins while trying to pack the vehicle up and get going in -24° C temps? Come on.

Very cute apartment across two floors. Location was good and lots of good restaurants nearby. Laundry is within walking distance for doing laundry. The host was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. We requested an extra blanket and it was delivered quickly.We were very satisfied with our stay.

There was no laundry facility in the apartment.

The apartment was spacious and well stocked. Convenient distance from the town centre. Lovely views from outside. Easy parking. It was easy to get the keys from the box at arrival and departure. It was a good cheaper alternative to Banff, without the crowds.

The ground floor apartment was a bit dark and the trains were noisy. Noise from the kids above the lounge area. We could have done with 4 outdoor chairs instead of the 2 provided.
