Overall the condo was great. It had sufficient cookware & plates, etc. The location is very good.

The mattress in one of the bedrooms was horrible, it is in terrible shape as both people roll into the centre & it is very uncomfortable. The pool area is in desperate need of a change area. We had to walk outside to get to the pool area & there is very limited space for jackets, boots & a dry area to leave your clothes.

The 1 bedroom condo was spacious and the kitchen had all the amenities you would need. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows.

Being a pick-up truck owner the underground parking wasn’t optional,so I had to park in the back of the unit. Those parking spots weren’t big enough to park a truck without having to squeeze out your door. Having a bunch of different codes to get through doors could be annoying at times and having the pool/hot tub in a different building from where we stayed wasn’t very convenient . Had a hard time with the code on the back door entrance to the pool, so ended up not using it.

All appliances you would have in your own home were there. I managed to wash and dry clothes, very useful when on a touring holiday. Huge bed in main bedroom. Within easy walking distance of downtown Canmore. Reception staff were very welcoming. Apparently There was a pool but we didn't get to try that.

Towels, tee towels etc are getting a bit worn. No keys or key cards so you had to remember lots of numbers to access the various doors. Noisy if you get inconsiderate guests who stomp around in rooms above or shout in the corridors, but you could get that anywhere!

The condo was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed including laundry. The balcony was also spacious and had a grill, of which we took advantage. The pool with the water slide was fantastic. My son loved it! The location of the condo was great. There were a number of places within easy walking distance, and with a little more effort, you could walk to downtown Canmore. It was also really easy to get on the highway to go to Banff and conveniently located for public transportation.

The door to the condo automatically locked after about 10 seconds, which was a bit annoying while trying to bring things in and out. The main part of the condo had air conditioning but the bedrooms did not. It would have been nice to have had a fan in each of the rooms.

Very nice facility. Very clean and well equipped. Loved having a washer/dryer in unit. Great view from balcony. There is road construction going on nearby but able to get here easily. Would highly recommend.

Instead of a key card, I received a piece of paper with "codes". Every door had a code. Needed to make sure I kept that paper handy. Very cumbersome. Would rather have had a key card. Certainly key cards can be programmed to open the doors. And I found the whole facility a bit of a "maze". All of these non-adjoining buildings.

I did not have breakfast at the facility.

I was disappointed with all the extra charges for early check in, check out and mostly on the view extra charges I can understand if staff had to rush to get a room ready but in my case the room was already available when I called at 12:30. It appears all rooms have a view so I am not sure what view the extra charges gave me when compared to others. I can understand the late checkout charge if the room is required pronto.

The suites were really very nice, spacious, with mountain views, fireplaces, equipped kitchens, spa bathtubs, as advertised. Also the pool complexe was amazing. The location was safe and practical, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Also a pleasant walk to trails along the river and downtown. What we really appreciated was that the suites we requested were across the hall from/ or next to each other. So our family get together with relatives from Toronto, Houston and California was just perfect! For that we thank the staff.

it was a bit too windy in Canmore on the 25th of December. Fortunately a few restaurants were open and, otherwise, the winter weather was just fine, beautiful sunshine…

The hotel is in the center of Canmore, but due to the extremely cold weather, we did not leave it. The suite with two bedrooms and jacuzzi was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the entire suite. The pool is great with hot water and a hot tub. Check in and Check out was very easy with codes instead of keys. The hotel has a garage which is extraordinary

The problem was that the swimming pool is in another building and the distance from one building to another, even though it was 30 meters, was a challenge for children at a temperature of minus 35 degrees. The TV could have more channels for children. At night, some children were running through the corridors and banging on the suite door, you have to pay attention to that.

Front desk staff very friendly. Nice apartment - older but nice. Big balcony woth a view of the mountains anywhere you look. Washer/drier combo ( but our drier was moldy) Great game room. Indoor parking easy accessible (code on the card was wrong).

Calling reception - answering phone took very long (8-10rings... if it got answered). Inside apartment - doors are old and very loud. Everything seemed very loud. Note: Pool is at the hotel next door - meaning walking outside in weather. Pool/hottub were very busy during the time we stayed. Pool towels are tiny( a bit bigger than hand towel size). I would have liked to see actual pool towels. But you can ask for more at reception. We were going to wash out towels as it has a washer/drier in the apartment but the drier was full of mold. Blinds in livingroom were broken.

Great spacious apartment, well equipped and clean. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - and an OK sofa bed for an adult. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, there was a washing machine, parking in basement (fine for big family car). Very friendly staff - for this area good value for money.

Due to staff shortage you could only check in at 17:00 which was fine for us as we had a very long drive from the USA, but you have to check out at 10:00 and then is becomes quite expensive for not even 1 full day (we stayed 2 nights so less of a problem). There were loads of restrictions on what you could (not) do - including recycling but then the bins were tiny - for nor Canadians (we are from Europe!) some extra instructions would be great.
