Everything was good, I might have had a little miss hearing of our last day of stay at the resort for the penthouse. As we were large family, we needed one more room but even through short notice, the staff there were excellent in trying to go up and beyond to help us accommodate and make us feel comfortable. Thank you so much to Joy and Ruth especially. Thank you for communicating before we arrived and throughout our stay.

Really liked the number of towels provided and the cleanliness of the property. Also liked the peace and quite of the locality.

Finding the parking on day 1 and the reception on day 1 was a little tricky . Especially at night time. Signage can be better.

We were very lucky that they gave us free upgrade to a suite room. The room had a kitchen, laundry and 2 bedrooms, BBQ, and fireplace. The suite was very conformable.

Exceptional place to stay! The room was large and met all of our expectations. The hotel is located within walking distance of the downtown centre and great restaurants. Very spacious room with a refrigerator, microwave, and full-size coffee pot. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. This is the only hotel that provided exceptional housekeeping daily during our stay. For anyone traveling with kids, this is a great place to stay as there is a waterpark (large slide, kids pool, large pool, & hot tub) included with your stay. Quiet & comfortable stay! Varied and excellent

Your head office kept switching our hotel from one to the other in your chain of hotels causing stress.

Great place. Underground parking was great as there was a snow storm during our stay.

Misleading ad on Booking.com You have to walk across the parking lot to a separate resort to use the pool. It was - 32 when we stayed.

Can cook and the room had a vacuum, fan and more. It's almost I feel at home. We can park our vehicle at their underground parking. It might it was not busy time of a year. I am not sure if we can or can't.

The water slide, games room and indoor parking. The mini fridge was essential for Saving money strategy in regards to eating out during our trip.

More hooks for wet towels in room. There were none.

Location is well located close to town (short walk to grocery stores, restaurants). The pool and spa were clean, very nice.

Coffee machine should be replaced, as the coffee pot was not the original so coffee would not drip properly.
