We loved everything. Cozy room, the bed was awesome, comfortable, soft sheets and towels. Beautiful view from window. The train was ok, not that loud. Actually we loved the fact that here are used trains for transport of goods and not the roads. Parking is just spacious, too. Complementary coffee and tea and ice machine in the kitchen area, fridge in the room. Local soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Very nice meeting space. The nature is so beautiful, breathtaking, people are so nice, too. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will definitely come back.

Room: Comfortable. Beds were soft, linen was good, felt cozy. Carpet was in good condition and the fridge was helpful. Bathroom: toilet was a bit of an odd placement if you have any accessibility issues, but it was clean and beautiful. Stocked with soap, moisturizer, shampoo/conditioner & body wash. Common Room: The views from the common room are beautiful and the staff put on the fireplace for us. It was comfortable and cozy. Sauna: there is a sauna but we didn't use it. Morning Coffee: They have a common room coffee machine that was fabulous for morning coffee. It might have been our favourite part!!! Staff: Very accommodating and very helpful. We really appreciate everyone we got to interact with during our stay.
Our room was at the back of the building which is right beside the railway tracks. Maybe the front rooms aren't as loud, but trains pass fairly often during the night and are quite loud. The hotel DOES stock earplugs for you in a container in the bathroom, which is a nice touch.

Nice modern room with good mountain view (facing train track), ear plugs already provided on washroom counters. TV was nice with tones of channels, small fridge was functional which was important to us, the 2nd floor also had a kitchenette area with coffee and tea station and a hot water kettle (also important to us). We got bagels next door and came back to the 2nd floor open living area to enjoy it, quiet and great views. Friendly staff that greets us every time we get in and out. Definitely would visit again.
Body wash in shower was completely empty upon arrival, messaged the team AFTER we left but everything else was great.

It was not as noisy as we thought given we were next to the tracks. The train did not use it's horn during our 3 night stay. The rooms were clean and there was always a staff at the front door if we needed anything. The large lounge area and kitchen was nice. Only thing missing from the coffee machine was hot chocolate! Only complaint are the narrow parking stalls and driving way. A very tight squeeze for our midsize car. It would not have been possible for us to park on the property if we brought our bikes and our car bike rack.

The room was gorgeous with wood panelling on a feature wall. They supply earplugs due to the train. The train never woke me up with their earplugs. They also supply a local company's soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed comfy. The dry sauna was also very nice.
They do not have a water station on site to fill your water bottle. When I asked where I could fill it up the response was the water is drinkable (which I knew). It would have been nice if I was directed to the large sink on the second floor, which I discovered on my own the second day. The parking lot is TERRIBLE if you drive a pickup truck or larger SUV. My partner needed to do a multi-point turn on the western corner with his Silverado. We barely made it around the building which is a requirement because it only has 'space' for one-way traffic. That was with no snow or ice. I hope they block off the back western parking stalls when it snows.

Nice location for touring Lake Louise & Lake Moraine or Banff. Canmore has lots to do also and a nice downtown. Base camp rooms are big, comfortable with nice shower. Trains run past the back of the property but we’ll constructed to keep the noise out. Staff are very attentive
Breakfast options not much better than those at one and two star properties. Very , very, very annoying and invasive digital check in … I already provided this info via Booking.com. Then it keeps sending more messages during the stay. Offensive stern language in a disembodied text messages with impersonal themes like: “Dont even think of asking for extended check out, cause we don’t do that” followed by another “What time are you leaving? We hope it’s early because housekeeping needs to clean your room “

Studio with lovely kitchen, wanna have this at home. Big king bed and tv. Coffee machine at the room was a Keurig. I loved the rocky mountain bodywash with coconut and olive oil. Shower in the washroom. We where located on ground floor close to the reception hardly any noise. Less mountain view. Restaurant 10 min walking distance; the Grizzly paw pub, good food great service. Conversation by email was smooth, check in friendly
Breakfast coffee Jura beans delicious but breakfast for such a luxery hotel a bit poor. Only bead, butter, jam, peanutbutter and orange jus. Place a waffelmaker, chereals creamcheese and an egg in would gave this place a 9

Handy to downtown Canmore. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. Sound insulation was good, some train noise but otherwise very quiet. Room was large and well furnished. Common area was very nice.
Only very small quibble was the shower head. It didn't provide much of a spray given the water pressure.

I liked the location and the ease of checking in. It has all the amenities you need. Big comfy bed. We were close to many places in Canmore, the parking was easy and the hotel desk person was very nice. No stress stay, and they have a sauna, we did not use as we came from a SPA but it's a good perk to have.
Did not like the breakfast. Did not see it was just a packed snack box. Would have likely chosen a different place if I had known there was no real breakfast. Chose this place over another one for that. It was pretty cold during the night, the duvets were very slim. During the evening we did not find how to turn up the heating a bit more. Maybe we missed something.

My stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and there was even a sauna available. However, what truly stood out were the two receptionists – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly competent! Many thanks for the excellent service!
If you're arriving by truck, you'll have to hope there's a free spot right in front of the main entrance.
