Amazing welcoming hotel for people traveling with dogs. They even gave a gift bag for our pooch. Great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Did not expect that. Great location walking distance to everything and reasonably priced

Room decor was dated but super clean. If you are a light sleeper the ongoing train traffic will keep you up. We didn't notice the ear plugs supplied in the night stand until we left.

The breakfast buffet is very reasonably priced and perfect for a quick breakfast before you get on with your day. The pool and waterside are fun for the kids. The rooms are very basic, but clean with comfortable beds.

The train tracks right beside the hotel are a little loud in the middle of the night, but it's not that big of a deal. If I could suggest one tiny improvement - some better curtains to keep the light out.

Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and location was great! Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Everything was very clean and the amenities in the room were great. 24/7 coffee and tea in lobby was also a high point.

The cost of the breakfast buffet was much too high - $16.99 per person. It was unfortunate that the pool and hot tub were not available. Tissues should be available in the bed area of the room - not only in the bathroom, as that can be inconvenient. It would also have been nice to be able to close the curtains for privacy.

Overall the location was excellent. Along with that staff was very friendly and the room size was really good.

I don't think there was anything in particular that I would say, I didn't like. The only thing that can be improved is the direction towards reception. Normally, when you're driving around the lot, it is a bit difficult to find out where the reception is.

Stayed in the Pullman Suite and was blown away by how beautiful the room was. We booked this room for the spa tub assuming the hot tub would be busy, and it definitely paid off! The room is very nice and spacious with it’s own fireplace and seating area and the spa tub was absolutely worth the extra cost. The room is right beside the elevator, but sound was not an issue at all, we did not hear the elevator once.

The only suggestion I would have for this room would be to add a TV in the seating area by the fireplace, otherwise you are stuck watching tv from the bed while you are there and cannot watch something while you enjoy the fireplace and nice views from the separate space.

Location is good, but if you end up staying in the room facing rail track, you will have disturbance during night, which is kind of annoying. Also I didn’t like the fact that in standing shower, no soap dish, where do you put soap, shampoo etc. while taking shower? Management can update this for sure. Secondly, guess gets only 2 water bottles only first night stay, after that you have to pay, which is kind of cheap. After paying good amount for the staying, water charge? That is kind of insulting. Be generous.

Great location near footpath to go to Main Street restaurants and shops. Great views all around. Great breakfast (additional charge, but worth it, well equipped buffet, all fresh)

Very busy, lots of dogs. Lots of noise in hallway and from nearby rooms until late at night. Dogs barking in rooms.

Room size and beds are perfect. The best thing is they allow pet. Hotel staffs are welcoming and friendly.

The appliances are pretty old. My fruits in the refrigerator got iced even after turning it to the lowest possible position in the regulator. They provide no handwash and toothpaste that I never experienced. We checked in at night and didn't have time to buy a toothpaste.

Friendly & helpful staff , comfortable large rooms & not too far from downtown & the Thursday art/ craft market. Relaxing hot tub & medium sized pool & water slide. Coffee/ tea in reception area which was good. Nice buffet style breakfast ( $17 adults)

Smaller sized toilet - quite low .
