comfortable rooms. consistent housekeeping service, friendly and helpful staff. budget friendly breakfast buffet add-on. free parking, close to Banff. and beautiful views. pool, hot tub, 3 story water slide!

for the price we paid, i could've stayed at Banff. doesn't live up to the "Canmore is more budget friendly then Banff" ideology. why would i pay extra to stay 20 min away from Banff? i understand that the occupancy and general business of the property dictates the nightly rates... but still... i felt way over charged.

The hotel has everything one would need. We didn't use the pool area but it did have a waterslide and hot tub. The breakfast is a great price with a simple buffet. The room had its own AC, fridge, TV and microwave. Great mountain views all around the town!

The only thing was the beds could be more comfortable but they are not bad. Also the TV doesn't have many channels. Those are only two small things though. My partner was fine with the bed lol and I'm just a bit picky about beds

Easy to navigate inside the building, staff was nice and helpful.

I didn’t like the front entrance there’s only enough space for 1 car to pass by making it a 1way road, especially when you’re trying to pull around to park in the back and theres always a car parked there. It’s not the property fault but the railway train is right behind this hotel so you can hear it throughout the night when a train goes by.

Amazing welcoming hotel for people traveling with dogs. They even gave a gift bag for our pooch. Great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Did not expect that. Great location walking distance to everything and reasonably priced

Room decor was dated but super clean. If you are a light sleeper the ongoing train traffic will keep you up. We didn't notice the ear plugs supplied in the night stand until we left.

The location is ideal. Very convenient, close to Banff. The room was a good size and had all the amenities needed to make the stay pleasant

It was a bit noisy - we had a young family in a room next to ours and it was loud late at night. I also have stayed there where they offer free breakfast - I wish they would bring that back- it would make what we had to pay a bit more bearable

The breakfast buffet is very reasonably priced and perfect for a quick breakfast before you get on with your day. The pool and waterside are fun for the kids. The rooms are very basic, but clean with comfortable beds.

The train tracks right beside the hotel are a little loud in the middle of the night, but it's not that big of a deal. If I could suggest one tiny improvement - some better curtains to keep the light out.

The hallway seemed to carry a lot of noise. People in the hall were talking in the late night and early morning and sounded like they were right outside my room even though they weren't. Also, there are drainage issues in the parking lot. I couldn't get to my car without getting wet as it had rained heavily and the parking area was under water.

Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and location was great! Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Everything was very clean and the amenities in the room were great. 24/7 coffee and tea in lobby was also a high point.

The cost of the breakfast buffet was much too high - $16.99 per person. It was unfortunate that the pool and hot tub were not available. Tissues should be available in the bed area of the room - not only in the bathroom, as that can be inconvenient. It would also have been nice to be able to close the curtains for privacy.

It’s great location, with a very nice view and convenience to different restaurants. Lots of parking lots available and has own breakfast which is paid separately though CAD 9 only. Near to Banff town.

The room was quite smelly, the supplies likes shampoo are in a small tubes than built in refillables.

Staff helped us plan our day trips into areas where parking was next to impossible - Lake Morrim, Lake Louise, etc.

The train was a little close to the property, surprisingly did not affect our sleep, made for some extra entertainement instead.
