We had a wonderful week at this property in August with our family of four. Canmore turned out to be the perfect base for exploring the Canadian Rockies — close enough to Banff, Lake Louise, and the Columbia Icefield, but with a quieter, more relaxed vibe than the busier tourist hubs. The condo itself was well equipped and comfortable, with everything we needed for a family stay. Our kids especially loved having access to the indoor pool, water slide, and hot tub after long days of hiking and sightseeing. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit and the easy access to downtown Canmore’s shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for families looking for a convenient and enjoyable mountain getaway!

The location was excellent, with businesses and restaurants all around us and easy access to main highway. Our room was comfortable with a cozy fireplace and a fully-stocked kitchen. The view was spectacular. The parking was convenient and we so appreciated the national parks pass provided. Thank you for making our stay 5 stars! We will definitely book with you again.

There was some confusion on my part initially about rearranging our dates, the price of the cleaning fee and needing to leave a credit card number with property manager. But all my questions were answered quickly and everything worked out.

We had an excellent stay. No detail was overlooked by these amazing hosts. The place was exactly as pictured and there was lots of extra thoughtful details like fully stocked toiletries and a nicely stocked kitchen. There was also a highchair, 2 pack n plays and toys for our little guys. The location is great with views of the mountains from the living room and close to downtown. The place was clean and very family friendly. We will definitely be back!

This is like a runaway place where you can chill and feel like at home. Kitchen is packed with everything you need, beds are super comfy, there is everything you need, virtually everything. They provide free parking and it is underground with direct access to the building. Love it.

They should definitely have changing rooms in the pool, this is a big minus. Also, it would be nice to have more chairs inside. Not all parents are ready to swim with the kids, some are just there to watch and even work during these 30-40 minutes while kids swim.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable with good lighting. We did not use the pool or barbecue. The underground parking is the most convenient way to unload the luggages and access to the unit. We can also use the Park Pass which is free during stay. This is a bonus. It is also near Safeway.

The apartment itself is well maintained, but the building complex is a bit old and not that well maintained. We had a small problem with opening the door using the code as instructed. However, this was solved fairly immediately with online message and remote opening.

Everything was perfect.

The condo had so many thoughtful touches for people traveling with small kids. A high chair, pack and play and toys to name a few. The pool was also a nice amenity for children of all ages. The master bedroom was spacious with a great en-suite!

I have to think really hard to find anything unpleasant about the property, but if I had to say something it would be that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Beds are a personal preference and I don’t think there is a one size fits all, however, it was a bit hard for me.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain Retreat 2 BHK suite in Canmore! The suite was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you might need – from utensils to supplies. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were excellent with communication and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – 100% would stay again!

Easy to get to, room was clean and gorgeous. It had everything you can imagine and felt right at home. 10/10 for sure. Pool and hot tub was great also.

Hotel staff didn’t help out at all, which is understandable it was a private booking. Had to pay for parking since there was no street parking left, and our vehicle didn’t fit in the underground parking lot. Disliked the cost of the stay, would have stayed longer in Canmore but it’s so pricy.

It was perfect. We were three, 2 friends and my friends 18 year old son. With the two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room each of us had his own bed. The sofa bed was super comfy. Everything was handled in hours. We booked on our way from Panorama to Canmore and when we got there everything was arranged.
