The is hotel was very central. If you have a car it’s imperative to book a car park which you have to pay extra for, but worth the hassle of not having to do something with your car as the carpark is very busy. Luckily we had booked a park as there were no more available the two nights we stayed. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced in Canada. The decor had a tea mountain lodge feel, a bit like being in Goldilocks’s house. You couldn’t get a more central hotel for restaurants and shopping. We used the laundry which was two coin operated washers and coin operated dryer. Lovely little balcony with view of mountains
Getting to the hotel down a busy street that has a lot of pedestrians required patience and good eyes!

The location in town was perfect - just off the main street. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and asked to help us even before we knew we needed it. The beds were very comfortable and the room size was generous. They had a water bottle filler near the ice machine which we took full advantage of. We did return to stay again as we appreciated it so much the first time.
The location for the breakfast is challenging for someone with mobility issues, but made possible by going through the garage with some inclines. (My family used the laundry facilities which was very helpful but not handicap accessible). Classic log chairs matched the theme, but uncomfortable.

The staff are helpful and super friendly! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. My 3rd floor room had a King bed and a vaulted ceiling which made it feel cozy and extremely spacious at the same time. Lovely mountain views. Located close to the street so expect traffic and people noise - earplugs were an added touch though I did not need them. Complementary breakfast was a great to start the day. The head staff member in The Breakfast Nook handled a medical emergency in a calm, caring, and very professional way. I would highly recommend Brewster Mountain Lodge to anyone seeking a casual and relaxing mountain getaway.
Having to check out, leave, and go back home. 🥲

We had an amazing experience with Brewster Mountain Lodge! Our first booking had to be canceled because our flight was canceled just six hours before departure. Brewster Mountain Lodge was incredibly helpful and understanding. They gave us a full refund without any hassle. We were so grateful for their kindness during a stressful time. Thankfully, we got a second chance to visit Banff, and of course, we booked again at Brewster Mountain Lodge. Our stay was fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. It truly felt like a comforting meal made by mom. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the lady at the breakfast nook was especially kind and welcoming. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience at Brewster Mountain Lodge. We feel so lucky to have stayed there and are already looking forward to our next visit!

I wanted a lodge feel not a hotel feel and I wanted to be right downtown in Banff for all the conveniences on the feel of the area. So glad I had a washer and dryer that I did take advantage of, but they need to fix the other dryer.
The bathroom is small and needs to be updated. I didn’t like having to go through the lower parking area to get to the included breakfast, but the breakfast was very good so worth it. The parking deck is a little tricky to find. But definitely worth paying for because there’s no parking around the town.

The location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect. It is very centrally located. Staff was very friendly. I appreciated that breakfast was included and available early (6am). Very comfortable beds.
The location of the breakfast was a little odd, but I don't understand the fuss that other people are making about it. The parking garage is very tight. Even though I'm not a great driver, with some patience, it was still very doable. I paid to reserve a parking spot, which I highly recommend doing.

The location was very central. The breakfast was very good for the style hotel and had dietary which is great. The room was a great size. It was fairly full but very quiet. You definitely don't need a car but they had a car park. Our car stayed in the car park and we enjoyed walking everywhere. It felt very cozy and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
For the price bracket, everything was great. Bathroom light was SUPER bright if you need to go in the middle of the night and no stopping the light in the bed area. Other than that it was great. The parking was super confusing to get into BUT the staff were great when we rang to clarify.

We had five (5) rooms to accommodate all our family members. It was nice to all be together in one location. Great location for catching the local bus to the hot springs & gondola. Great downtown location to access to local restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful staff. From the pictures I thought the decor was a bit dated but it actually was nice and cozy and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
My reservation was made about 10 months in advance, and I was (we all were) surprised to find they were replacing the roof of the hotel, which was noisy in the morning and all day. It would have been nice to be advised so we could have made other arrangements if we chose to do so. On one occasion I was leaving the building and something from above fell to the ground and I was startled and I dropped my bag, the item inside my bag broke.

Location was the best! It is very convenient to everything. Our balcony overlooked Sulphur Mountain, which was great to see the moment you open your balcony door. The complimentary Breakfast Nook exceeded my expectations. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were all warm and always ready to provide a great service.
The TV remote did not work well as we needed to go near the tv to change channels to make it work. Also, there is no AC but the fan kept us cool even during summer months.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brewster Mountain Lodge, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff Catalina made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The lodge's location in the heart of Banff is unbeatable – everything is within walking distance, from shops to restaurants and even some scenic trails. The room was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with rustic mountain charm. The complimentary breakfast morning was a great way to start the day, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. I can't recommend Brewster Mountain Lodge enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable mountain getaway. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Banff!
