We got 2 connected rooms, that was convenient. The rooms had full size kitchen and equipped with dishwasher and washer dryer so that was all very convenient. The swimming pool was very good with slide and big indoor and outdoor hot tub that we enjoyed a lot. The distance to nearby stores were also reasonable.

We were looking for 4 individual rooms which was not very clear from the description as we need to use living room sofa bed for 4th group in our family. The facility was undergoing construction so entry from parkade to room was a bit confusing but that may be temporary.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. That alone will have me coming back to this resort. The interior of the suite itself was luxurious. The shower was incredible, it was like being at a spa. Everything felt cozy and clean.

There was construction going on and it was really difficult to get in and out of our suite however, the staff made it easy for us when it was time for us to leave. They had two guys come and help us with our stuff. That was amazing. The view wasn't as fantastic as I was expecting for a 'mountain view' room but It was still nice. The pool wasn't open either which was the main reason we booked here. It just happened to be closed when we were there for cleaning (I think). Our kids were excited for that. Regardless, I'm still going to go back and I look forward to seeing their renovations and using their pool.

The unit was spacious, warm and comfortable. It had everything we needed including plenty of towels. The kitchen was well equipped so you could make your own meals if you wanted. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The unit was also well located, near restaurants and cafes, and other conveniences including public transport.

The bathroom didn't have enough towel racks and nowhere to put clothes. We also found the noise from nearby units annoying. Mostly the unit above. There was also a strong smell of used cigarettes coming from the trash can under the sink. No evidence of cigarettes was there, so it was a mystery why the odour.

The room was large, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lots of amenities. Access to a pool (which we didn't use, but looked great) Staff were all friendly and accommodating about storing luggage. View from the bedroom out into the mountains was lovely. Location wise, was great for canmore and a few mins from a bus stop to go to banff.

Our room was at a back annex and while fine, our nearest entrance/exit door that we were recommended to use was literally the garbage door/loading bay which isnt the most attractive. Could maybe do with making that look a little nicer if guests are going to use it.

The condo was well equipped and the rooms were a good size and the bathrooms too.

everything was good. They were doing construction, which we knew about and was fine. They could have had signage up though...for instance we left our room and they had wet concrete and told us it might be slippery, but didn't tell us which way to go...so some signs wou;d be nice saying whoch way to get to the elevator

Two adjoining suites with two kitchens for large family get togethers. Three bathrooms for three bedrooms. Cleaning staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and well-equipped.

Reception desk is rather hidden and not very welcoming. Not the hotel lobby. Restaurant is in the same building, but not part of Paradise resort. Very long, circuitous walk to find front entrance. On arrival our suite smelled very smoky. When we refused the room, they did change our accommodations and ozonated the room for the next night.

The location was excellent. Right at the heart of the Canmore city centre with all shops and restaurants accessible within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The bonus is having the washing machine and dryer along with detergents in the room itself. Ours was a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen, balcony and living. It's located in a safe and clean neighbourhood. The covered basement car park was great. The reception was very helpful in giving all information and guidance. Banff was a quick drive away and we would really recommend anyone planning Banff to park up in Canmore.

The property is linked with three other resorts which apparently is their own but that was confusing. It would be great for simplicity if it is all merged as one. Not that it is an issue but initially it was difficult to find the lobby for the one that we had booked particularly.

Room was super spacious. Great for our family. Kids loved the pool! Room service was great! Staff was super friendly and having the kitchen was great too!

It was a little confusing who we had to contact. Our room was close to Rocky Mountain resort front desk and they said they couldn’t help us because we had rented a private room. We figured it out but was confusing at first.

Very clean and everything we need was provided for, from the kitchen and cooking utensils to bathroom and laundry amenities. Staff are amazing and readily attended to all our needs.

Very tight parking spaces. We had to call and asked to be moved to another available space when a pick up truck parked beside our spot.

Great two room suite with great views. Convenient kitchen and cozy living space for family.

They were doing renovations in the hallways at the time of our trip so it was a little dusty and dirty but you just had to look past it. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable.
