This was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed at. The service was absolutely incredible – hot tub, sauna, extra towels – everything you could wish for. And then there were the thoughtful little touches: slippers, cotton buds, tissues, earplugs just in case… even a lovely shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The breakfast was fabulous, just like the hotel staff – warm, welcoming, and always helpful. If you’re looking for a cute, comfy, and friendly place with proper service, this is the one to book! *Visiting the terrace with the hot tub is an absolute must – the 360-degree mountain view is simply breathtaking.

The location and atmosphere had a cool old timey vibe. The roof top hot tub is great. Despite my issues below, we would stay here again. Would I recommend it? Yes, but not if you are expecting Marriott level quality of rooms or cleanliness.
The second day the hot tub was broken and we couldn't use it. Make sure if you want to use the sauna, you book it in advance. Because it's wood fired, the single staff member has to go outside and start the fire to heat it up. Even if not booked, they may not have time. Hotel rooms were renovated, but not very well. Paint drips, sloppy caulking, finishing, etc, etc. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms need love. Paint splashes on the walls from touchups, base boards swollen from moisture, mildew in the bathroom caulking and tile grout, things like that. The door on the fireplace in the main dining room was broken. My wife tried to open the glass door to feel more heat and the door fell off and nearly shattered. Luckily she never burned herself.

The location is great. On main hotel/restaurant road. The hotel is beautifully decorated as an antique home. Very bright and open. Elegant furnishings, woodwork, carpets and lighting. Our room was the Temple room. It had a queen bed on the main floor with the tv and bathroom and up the stairs were 2 twin beds. Perfect for our family. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice touch of the gas fireplace for winter. We used the roof top hot tub which was great. Hotel supplies soft robes and pool towels. There is also a sauna which we did not use. Breakfast in the morning is a full host's choice breakfast. Ours was yogurt and fruit cup, toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. There was also a smoothie at the coffee table area and about 20 different kinds of tea. Excellent. My son has to leave before breakfast was served and he was about to get self serve toast, coffee and juice.
Staff were polite but not overly chatty. Would have been nice to get my son his full breakfast for his work start at 8am. I'm sure skiers staying there would also take advantage of an earlier breakfast of 7am

The Inn is beautiful and welcoming! We liked our room and made use of the sauna before we went out for dinner. We also liked the cookies and the tea selections in the dining room. The Christmas decorations were lovely, parking was easily accessible, and breakfast was included.
There aren't many choices if you are travelling with family members. We have 2 children and the loft room with twin beds was nice but not separated with a door so noise or light still travels. Also the bathroom was small for 4 people, and if the room had been a bit more spacious, a king bed would have been nicer than a queen bed.

We had a lovely room with comfy bed. TV, fire and sitting area. The lounge area of the B&B you can use anytime and also the lovely porch with chairs and tables .Coffee and tea provided 24/7 Also a lovely breakfast. My favorite being the pancakes with Maple syrup. The location is a 15 minute walk in to Canmore centre. There are several eateries close by also
Our room was at street level and we had a lovely entrance a small table and chairs would be lovely on the terrace. There was a noise like a boiler heating water continually every night that was annoying. Ear plugs had been provided.

Charming bed & breakfast. Newer building designed to look like a late Victorian style country inn. Well appointed clean rooms with wondefully comfortable bedding, soft robes, complimentary coffee and tea and lovely sitting room. We didn't use the sauna but it was available. The complimentary breakfast service was a freshly prepared half bagel egg Benedict, tasty and just enough. Cereal and toast also available. Very nice. The room was really lovely and super clean.
Both my partner and I found the front desk hostess a bit lacking in enthusiasm. Although not rude, for such a charming place, you would kind of expect to be greeted with some friendly enthusiasm to match the welcoming atmosphere ...to feel like welcome guests. I would describe the receptionist as efficient and "transactional". For instance, when we came in the entrance and took off our hiking boots, she was at the front desk but didn't acknowledge us until we came right to the desk. There was no one else there at all.

Late check in was easy and the Inn was like a home from home - we loved the slippers ! Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Although situated close to a main road it was quiet throughout the Inn. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - lending us towels so we could use the excellent local swimming pool. Car parking is good right next to the Inn and breakfasts were excellent, imaginative and freshly cooked to order. Highly recommended and a great start to our Canadian adventure.
Due to local construction work (which was not during sleeping hours) the garden and area immediately around the Inn would benefit from finishing up.

We liked the carpeted stairs and hallways, made it feel very homey. It was also very quiet, the bed was comfortable
Breakfast was pretty basic for the price we paid. We basically had the same breakfast 2 days in a row just on a different piece of bread (Bagel day 1 and panini day 2). Also my 6'4" husband was served 1/2 of a bagel w/egg etc on top and some fruit but then the 5"4" hostess sat down to eat her breakfast and she had double the portion that she gave my husband! It's okay, we kind of laughed about it. He doesn't eat much for breakfast anyway but thought, gosh for the price we are paying he should have been able to have 2 halves of a bagel sandwich!

An overall excellent experience from the old style Victorian architecture and atmosphere to the exceptional morning breakfast with a full selection of many different types of loose tea. We only stayed the one night and would have loved to enjoy the sauna facilities but did not have the time. Also very quiet and peaceful with no children running up and down the halls like you find in most hotels. More of a couples oriented location with a spa like atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
Nothing to dislike on our first visit. We will be returning for a longer stay.

Good breakfast, great location, the family room was spacious with the twin beds on a different level.
The only issue was the heating arrangements, we could not lower the temperature, could not turn off the flame in the fireplace which gave off heat, the extractor was just blowing more heat into the room. The only option was to turn on the very noisy cooling unit, which I could not sleep with Instruction on how to heat or cool the room would have been helpful, we did not see them Staff were gone by 8 pm so we had no way of getting a hold of anyone to ask
