Most things. Comfortable beds, normal bathroom, good kitchen facilities. They put only 3 sets of dishes, though we booked 4 persons stay. But the moment I asked the staff for more, the brought it. Normal breakfast. The Menu is very limited and minimalistic, but they try to vary part of it each day. Open accessible parking in front of the hotel.

We couldn‘t open the window for a fresh air. There is definitely ventilation system, but it bothered us and a smell from the cooking didn’t disappear, while we didn‘t cook with spices.

The breakfast was very good and its what y'all need when travelling to banff since we frequently travel from early in the morning with no time preparing for breakfast. Waking up in the morning with a great breakfast was such an amazing experince. Moreover, we had a very good quality sleep as the beds were very very comfy and I believe that is all we needed after an exhausting day. All the staffs were very very welcoming and kind, especially the midnight to early morning shift front desk. The location of the hotel is also quiet good. It is located a few minutes walk from roam bus stops and supermarkets. It is also only a few minute drive from trans canada highway.

Very nice hotel A spacious and modern room It was a rainy day so we arrived a little early at the hotel and the receptionist was nice and tried to help us get a room earlier he didn't succeed but he was nice and kept our luggage I didn't get to walk around the hotel, but the whole town is about a fifteen minute drive from Buff and about a 45 minute drive from Lake Louise

The breakfast is very poor. We have been in many hotels of this style and the breakfast can definitely be improved We found something to eat but it was the minimum required to say there was breakfast

I went in December and chose Canmore and this hotel to be able to explore the surroundings, and boy was it the right choice. Canmore is gorgeous. I hope to come back in the summer and stay at Super 8 again. The bed was the most comfy I have been in my life. The room and hotel were super clean. But they also respected my privacy. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Plus you could get hot drinks and water at any time of the day, no cost. The employees were always ready to help, especially the receptionist Athul. There was an indoor hot pool, but I forgot my bathing suit. Fireplace in Reception was very nice after coming from the cold.

The heating in the room is a bit noisy and the train passes behind the hotel, but it didn't bother me. It's about a 20 min walk away from everything. I would have preferred shower gel instead of soap. It would be nice to have a hotel bar at night.

The Philippine man serving on Friday Dec 29 morning was amazing! His work ethic was excellent, he was very busy (it seemed like he was working alone doing cooking and serving and cleaning) he did it all with a smile and was very humble when I approached him to thank him for his work. I would return to this establishment because of him

The pillows, they are dead! I regretted not bringing my own pillow as hotels are a gamble when it comes to the comfort of pillows. I would Suggest upgrading your pillows to larger and fuller pillows that aren’t ‘dead’

The facility was very clean, attractive, well appointed and a great location for trips to Banff and shopping locally. The whirlpool and fitness room were also very clean and a wonderful addition to the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and served a nice continental breakfast each day in a well stocked cafe area. I highly recommend this hotel and location.

Excellent place to stay while visiting Banff/Canmore area, truly impressed by the quality and maintenance of this property, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb and started our busy day very well

One minor issue we had, the housekeeping wasn’t done in our 2 nights stay period, not sure why, we didn’t use DND sign and still were skipped

Me and my friend took our kids to Canmore for a nice little trip. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. We got there a bit earlier and they were able to get our room cleaned in a jiffy so we were able to check in earlier than 4pm. The check-in process was smooth and hassle free. The facility was so lovely and I was so surprised to see how updated and modern it was. We had a mountain view in our room that was fantastic because I honestly feel that we paid very reasonably for the room. Best of all we had a fantastic morning breakfast which included lots of options for the kids and ourselves. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! You all made our stay so much more comfortable!

I was misled to think there was a pool on the premises but there was only the hot tub. The only thing I would change is to clarify that indeed there is no pool but a hot tub. We were really looking forward to swimming.

The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed it. We were the first ones at breakfast. It was all ready. It was located right beside the entrance.

We enjoyed everything. We enjoyed our supper at Patrinos, which gave us 15% off our food, because they are affiliated with Super 8.

Everything in this hotel. They thought keenly about everything and set the rooms with all essential amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast option could have been better. No/less choice of recipes for people who are vegetarian/don’t eat red meat.
