Efficient Check-in, very nice lounge and dining room, very clean & comfortable rooms. would highly recommend this hotel.

Location….we can walk to centre of town. Room is comfortable.

One has to pay for parking now. It would have been nice to have this information clearly identified up front….rather than buried in hotel details. When making hotel pricing comparison this was not easy to see.

The location was perfect, The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the rooms were great. The hotel had warm vibes. Ample parking spots. The hotel is located next to a mall with good shops and very close to Safeway and Save on food grocery chains. Very close to Highway one helps exiting the town without getting stuck in the morning rush hour. Overall a great spot to set up your base for Banff and Kootenay National parks.

We had a bit of a plumbing issue but it took a while to sort it out. Also maybe it's just summer time but I guess for the price paid breakfast should have been part of the package.

The room was extremely spacious, the location was amazing and the check in and out process went smoothly. The welcome treats discovered in our room was a sheer delight!! The room was quiet and comfortable with no noise from other suites. The Pool was gorgeous, and the restaurant had THE BEST quality food and it was a truly exceptional dining experience. Our server was also amazing. I loved the sauna features in the bathroom and the deep soaker tub, plus large standing shower.

I encountered cobwebs when I went t to turn on the lamp. It made me question the cleanliness of the room after that. Also the bathroom looked a lot cheaper finished compared with the rest of the suite. I also would have loved a microwave in the suite. The mini fridge and coffee maker was nice, it would have been nice to have in the room instead of in the closet area with the clothes and luggage. No closet in the bedroom, I’m sure it was to create the space for the huge king size bed. The closet was in the hallway, perhaps a bit inconvenient. Plus I’ve not had to pay for parking in a hotel I e stayed at before. That seemed a little bizarre.

This property was in a fabulous position, close to the exit onto the highway as well as a short walk into town, with coffee shops, convenience store, eateries close as well. The staff were amazing! Front desk, coffee shop and housekeeping- so friendly, supportive and helpful. A very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

The bus loads of people coming and going- although the hotel had it all so organised there was no congestion at the front desk just the busyness of bus loads usually early morning and evening.

Friendly staff and phenomenal location. It was one of the better prices and I booked on a whim so didn’t have many choices left. I’d stay again if in town. A couple small gripes - the top sheet they use doesn’t fit right and it shifts around the bed and is uncomfortable. The ACs turn off when you leave the room. There isn’t a free breakfast. Otherwise it’s a good spot and the staff were friendly and helpful and they were relaxed about letting me check in a little early which was nice. Lastly, many of the local tour shuttles pick up at the hotel as their main Canmore area stop.

Excellent and convenient location. Staff at reception was initially curt, maybe because she was inundated with guest after guest, but the rest of the staff were friendly and affable. Walking distance to a lot of nearby shops and cafes. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean. No water bottles in the room but you could drink tap water or take filtered water from the lobby. Wifi connectivity was good. Overall a very pleasant stay.

excellent location, clean, friendly staff, i read other reviews about the noise of the train at night however it is not loud i woke one night (not from the train) and heard it, it was very quiet nothing to complain about!

it would be good if breakfast was included in the stay as it’s the first hotel i’ve stayed in where you can’t choose to include a breakfast option - we bought breakfast every morning in the hotel, it was very good and excellent selection

Big room with very comfy beds and good facilities. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast - very good food. There's also a little bakery for takeaway rolls and coffee. The gym is very well equipped and maintained and was very quiet when I visited. Location is a 15 minute walk to downtown with paid parking available. All in all, a lovely stay.

The property is well located, so easy to walk to main town , for shopping, restaurants and hikes. There are beautiful walkways around the town and suburbs through trees. Hikes lead off from around the town area. There are also many bike lanes so you can cycle and mountain bike on trails that are in the town or up on the sides of mountains.

Not enough staff to clean rooms. We had to continually ask each morning prior to leaving for the day.
