Great location and suite was very well maintained, clean and decorated beautiful. It offered all we needed minus short one robe. Loved it!

My only issue was the hot tub wasn’t opened up after we waited. Staff member took pool cover off and left area without removing hot tub cover. Myself and other guests assumed they were coming back to open up the hot tub pool. After patiently waiting over 15 minutes a person walked into front of building so I asked if they could let front desk know hot tub still not open and they said sure no problem they would pass on the message We waiting another 10!minutes nothing so I went inside and told the clerk hot tub still not open. He said take off the cover. I said so the guest are expected to remove cover? Nothing was mentioned prior. Unfortunately due to delay my family didn’t have enough time to enjoy our on last day before check out.

The park pass was a great add on!! There was extra of everything (towels, sheets, pillows, coffee, plates etc). It was clean and spacious. We didn't take advantage of the hottub but we definitely will next time!! Location is perfect (central to so many shops and hiking spots). My sister and I had our own bathrooms and we could easily have done the trip with 3-4 extra people and been comfortable here.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. This will be my first choice for all my future trips.

Good location. Easy to contact and communicate with staff before and during the stay.

The carpet in the master bedroom could benefit from a DEEP cleaning or replacement (for visual reasons only - no smells or anything like that)

The location was good and the accommodation was good. The management company is super responsive and friendly.

Need more towels for the bathrooms and the breaker in two rooms kept being tripped

It is home away from home and I like all the amenities that you can cook,have internet,Netflix and the hot tub and swimming pool.Everything here is perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like is you are the one who gonna put away the garbage before you check out.I hope they can changed that Coz some in our group complained and it should be included already for them to clean after check out.

From the property to the condo itself to the location, everything was PERFECT! We were beyond impressed with the condo and it's amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The only negative was that we couldn't stay longer!

The unit is a good size. Almost everything is supplied. There was extra paper towel, Kleenex and toilet paper. There were good pots and dishes. The unit has a washer and drier and a dishwasher with soap provided. The pool and hot tub were great. We used the barbecue, it was nice to have. You need a key card for entry and so we felt safe. There are two bathrooms which was great for 4 adults. We were able to get a playpen for my grandson to sleep in and it was waiting for us. Coffee was supplied along with an up to date coffee pot. The unit was clean as were all the dishes, glasses, pans and the cupboards.

The bedding was scented from the soap used to wash everything and really should be scent free. I purchased scent free soap and washed all the bedding and towels as we have allergies to scents. We brought our own pool towels as we knew they probably would not be supplied. More bowls are needed so you can mix up various foods. There is only one large bowl. The frying pan needs to be replaced as the pan in the unit has a burnt bottom and everything sticks when cooking. There was no dish rag or sponge for cleaning the kitchen counters so I had to buy some and I left them for the next person.

Location was great. Close to our friend's place where he is able to walk over and join us for Dinner. We have stayed here before and will stay here again when we are in Canmore if there is availability.

Nice room - Pictures were accurate, and my friend was well taken care of with his Bike situation.

Front desk attendant was not friendly, not helpful, and pretty disengaged.

The dishwasher was broken and I was told I would receive 50$/day as reimbursement. I have never received this money and would like it asap. Loraine Fisk
