Everything! The room is well furnished, comfortable, the amenities is more than what we expected. Our room (condo 106 in Timberstone lodge) had a hot tub right outside with a mountain view out the window. The whole room was very well sound proofed. Toiletries were provided - which smelt great - and the shower was huge. The bed was also super comfortable and very big. The accomodation was within walking distance of both of the two free bus routes through canmore (5C and 5T) and also within walking distance to the bus stop to Banff.

There was building work going on in the Spring Creek area. I can imagine that in less than a year the new buildings will be blocking the current views of the mountains for definitely our lodge, but potentially the others that Spring Creek Vacations offer.

Everything. Canmore has been the high point of our holidays and our condo has played a major part in this. It was just amazing and had everything you needed and more : so confortable, great bed, great views on the mountains, washing machine, every item you needed in the kitchen was there, hot tube, the couch was also confortable. This place was built with great materials, and it changed everything. And huge plus : so well placed. The Bridgette bar just next to the condo is a great place to have dinner, or just a walk away from the center of Canmore, through the most scenic passage, following the river. Canmore has our heart, and the Tamarack lodge too. 10/10

Nothing

The quality of the facilities, especially the consumer durables - laundry, dishwasher etc. The location was excellent for walks into town and to the river. The atmosphere of the area was very pleasing and safe. The staff were extremely pleasant and obliging for a swift check-in and in support. 10/10! . The lift and parking lot worked efficiently.

The second bedroom was internal without any windows which was a little claustrophobic so an adult slept on the sofa bed while another joined the two single beds together.. We didn't realise there was only one shower which was a little awkward as it was connected via the main bedroom. .

The property is super clean and modern. It is like staying in a brand new, well thought out place. It's close enough to town to walk and enjoy its offerings but just enough out to not be busy and leaves you felling relaxed. Designated basement parking can be a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. We had a Ford Expedition and still made it work. The spa area is a nice addition after days out exploring the mountainside. If you are exploring the Banff area stay here, don't even think of trying somewhere in the Banff township as you will spend most your time in traffic.

Canmore is a beautiful town, and Spring Creek is located just a short walk from the town centre so everything was within easy reach. There was also a more scenic walk to the town along a boardwalk that was beautiful. The apartment was well appointed, had everything we needed, and service to replace any items was excellent. Would highly recommend, although next time we will select an apartment that is a bit further away from the railway!

Noise from the trains was noticeable even when the windows were closed, and they ran at all times of the day and night.

The facilities were excellent. Very comfortable and spacious. Very clean and inviting.

We had a bit of a problem finding parking in the area as there are basically only three 24 hour visitor spaces on the street per building (dozens of units) and one assigned underground space. We were attending a family wedding, so had booked a large space so we could have family members from various places stay together and have a small reunion of sorts -meaning multiple cars. The space itself surpassed our expectations, but the lack of parking in the area would probably make me think twice about booking again.

Apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. There were building works but luckily we were the other end of the building and honestly didn't cause much disruption at all. Lovely view from the room, we overlooked the square in the middle with the shops and being top floor had a good view of the mountains. The apartment was even bigger than it looked in the pictures and it had all the amenities that we would have needed.

I did not like having to sign the lengthy and serious sounding waiver before being able to check in. The waiver should at least be worded in a way for everyone to be able to understand without being a solicitor or similar profession. The waiver put me off staying here. I would also suggest the apartment has better blinds in the bedroom or adds a curtain as I could see out of the window through a gap at the side of the blinds whilst in bed. It was also very bright in the mornings. The neighbours next door were very heavy footed which woke us up.

Location near town and the beautiful creek. Loved the fireplace! Condo was new and well equipped. Liked the spaciousness and up to date decor. Also loved the great bathtub, since one of us is a “bath person.”. Parking was easy, with quick access to our unit. Loved the restaurants, bars, and cafe/grocery nearby.

Only inconvenience was dryer didn’t work, but owners furnished coins to use in laundry downstairs. We hung and air dried them by the time owners responded… no problem!

Spring Creek was very prompt in responding to questions prior to visiting. Had requested for an early check-in which they were able to accomodate. The property was really nice with a great view from the room. An excellent kitchen, the washing machine was a plus. The location at canmore is close to the supermarket and basic necessities, a 15 mins walk or a less than a 5 mins car ride. Overall very convenient. An excellent place to stay with your family.

One of the bathroom door didnt lock, really not a big issue, other than that we didnt have any issues during our stay.

Loved the location close to Main Street, Bridgette Bar and Policeman Creek. Size was great for our group of four women. Ease of check in and checkout and use of two parking spots. Ability to cook onsite for some meals.

Just some minor things. Not enough sugar or creamers to last the 3 days for four people. We’re not going to go out and buy this type of stuff. I believe adequate coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper should be supplied. Stairs could be problematic for some people as the floor wood colours blend and in certain lights it’s hard to see where the steps actually are. I’d suggest some strips on the edges.
