Spacious suite with full kitchen, lounge with fire, balcony with BBQ , bedroom, bathroom with bath & large shower ( unfortunately leaked a little due to ill-fitting shower door but remedied with strategically placed bath mat) . Reception & maintenance staff responded promptly to problem. Good parking garage .

Attached restaurant was Japanese - too specialised for our personal taste. Wider range of food would have meant we would have eaten there regularly. Slightly further from Main Street (shops /restaurants ) than ideal if walking though there were a few closer. Short car ride though .

This was clean, comfortable and very spacious accommodation with all that we needed for a self catering stay. Parking in Canmore can be difficult especially at weekends, so to have ample free parking onsite was a real bonus, as was having our own washing machine and dryer. All staff we had dealings with were friendly and helpful, and having a 24 hour front desk was also very useful. The property is well located in a quiet area, with for example a very good Safeway supermarket just a short drive away. Overall we enjoyed our time here and had a very pleasant stay.

Just as feedback we'd suggest a small folder of information for each room giving some details of local restaurants, instructions for the dishwasher, washing machine etc would be useful and reduce time spent by the front desk staff on answering queries. Also, as others have noted, this accommodation isn't cheap - however this is true of almost all accommodation in Canmore and, given the good level of service we experienced, we thought overall it was relatively very good value.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service the staff provided each day was superb. We liked the kitchen which had a nice refrigerator and stove. The living area was spacious with a fold-out couch if needed. The closets had plenty of room for clothes. The patio was spacious and had a table and chairs available, allowing us to enjoy the view of the mountains. The patio also had a grill, although we did not use it. There was ample parking available. There are two hot tubs available on site and they are both clean and well-kept.

I do not have any complaints.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a one bedroom condo with full kitchen. Everything worked fine. New smart TV in living room. DVD player available in bedroom TV. The bathroom was super: great walk in shower, huge bathtub, free washer/dryer. Accessible garage (6'7") allowed us to park our SUV with ski box. And there is a washing area with a power washer, a bucket with soapy water and rags for us to use!!!

When we arrived, the hallways lights were so dim it made the area look gloomy. But all the light bulbs were changed for very bright ones. Now, much better to see (although it gives a little sense of cold). The water level in the hot tubs (there are 2 of them) was low at first, but again, staff was prompt to address this issue.

Would definitely stay here again & again. Staff immediately responded to my requests for an extra iron & ironing board as we were attending a wedding and had multiple suits to iron. They immediately responded at midnight to my request for extra blankets for our daughter who was sleeping on the pull out couch. Our 2BR suite with kitchen and two bathrooms was spotless, spacious, well equipped - even with a pair of scissors - which I ended up needing to use. The views of the Three Sisters mountain peaks from our suite were outstanding. And the free underground parking accommodated our two rental vehicles. This place is 10 out of 10!

There was an odor in the hallway coming off the elevator to our room, something like greasy breakfast smell. But no big deal. The odor was only in the hallway on the 4th floor.

My bedroom was overall very good. The shower was so cozy and its water was so hot and relaxing. The lodge is located in a very good area and the fact that I had a barbecue place for my own made my days much better.

I wish there were more dishes, forks, spoons, and knives in the kitchen. There were no vessels or anything similar to store the food in the fridge so we had to buy a bunch of ziplocks. The kitchen is not fully equipped but you can work well with the few pans they offer. I wish the TV had apps (even if I had to use my own login) so that I could watch any streaming service with my wife.

I liked everything in our room. The entire room did not feel crowded even though we have a stroller and playpen in there. The kitchenette and the full size fridge were convenient. I love how they have creamer and salt and pepper in the room on top of all the usual coffee and tea. Those small things I truly appreciated. Location of the property is not too bad as well. 20 min walk to the Policeman boardwalk and pretty much to most restaurants and 10 min walk to a coffeeshop. Pretty doable with a baby. I would definitely stay here again!

Hot tub was freezing when we used it so maybe that needs to be looked at. Underground parking was convenient but the space is small and tight. Would be hard for a truck to move around in the parkade as well as going in and out. We have an SUV and we just parked outside for most of our stay. I’d skip using the parkade if the weather is nice and if you don’t have much stuff to bring in.

This hotel offers a cooker and a fridge, allowing guests to bring their own hotpot ingredients and cook comfortably in their rooms. Additionally, the hotel features a convenient car wash station, making it easy to clean your vehicle during your stay.

The view is good. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the mountain view with a cup of coffee, would have been amazing. However, the door to the balcony in my room couldn’t be opened. this hotel is non-smoking, so for those who want to smoke or enjoy coffee on the balcony, I’m not sure what the solution would be. If you’re a fan of hot tubs, I recommend checking out a nearby hotel with a similarly priced stay but a much larger hot tub. While the hot tub at this hotel is relatively small, the bathtub in the bathroom is quite decent.

It was very clean. We enjoyed the front hot tub with mountain view and semi private setting. The room had good quality appliances, modern shower, nice fireplace, good window shades. Coffee, tea, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. All clean and good quality.

The view from the room was into the inner courtyard/parking lot- not a bad view, but not panoramic. The room had a great kitchenette but no stove... I did not notice that from the description and brought eggs for breakfast haha - I had to microwave them:) We still had a good breakfast sitting on the balcony!

Everything was fantastic! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has an oven, full fridge and freezer, dishwasher and enough dishes to cook for yourself. Underground parking is very convenient, in my opinion the spaces are big enough for the RAV4 I was driving. Location is just a 10 minute walk outside of town, this didn’t bother me as it was as advertised and I didn’t need to be in town.

WiFi wouldn’t work. Staff did try to help me solve this quickly, unfortunately without succes. Wasn’t too much of a bother for me.
