Location….we can walk to centre of town. Room is comfortable.

One has to pay for parking now. It would have been nice to have this information clearly identified up front….rather than buried in hotel details. When making hotel pricing comparison this was not easy to see.

We liked everything about this property. It has a restaurant and lounge that we enjoyed one night. The best feature is the location. We walked everywhere! There is a delightful brewery, breakfast cafe and ice cream parlor directly across the side street. We easily walked to the charming town center, as well. We also loved that our room had a sliding glass door that we could open for fresh air. There was no actual balcony but there was a railing and a balcony “feel”. We sat at the table in front of the open sliding door and enjoyed the breeze, fresh air, and live music coming from the patio.

Nothing.

We lived this place! It was a surprise!! We lived Canmore and this place added to the experience. Wonderful modern room w Nespresso & tv casting. The aesthetic is boutique chic. The pool and fitness were best of whole holiday. We were able to swim and then sit outside at Table restaurant for happy hour and nibbles. The value was incredible and the roast Brussels Sprouts we are still talking about! We ate at the resto for breakfast and it was good too. Great lattes. This location was a lovely walk to downtown, and we also walked the Main Street to an incredible bakery. Staff were super friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perhaps the cost. It was pricey when we booked in advance but saw it cheaper right before we arrived.

The room was so tidy and clean. Every day when we came back, it was so well cleaned. Meli ( Melisa) was a wonderful housekeeper, made a small, sweet surprise for my son. He left his fluffies on his bed. When we came back, he saw them together, hugging each other. Meli made him happy :) Juan, another receptionist (unfortunately, I forgot his name), was so helpful and kind. We didn't have enough time to use the pool or gym, so I have no idea how it was. Overall, our family is satisfied.

About the restaurant, it is pricey and they do not have enough choices.

We had arrived a few hours early and hadn't expected to be able to check in but had wanted to leave some luggage and park up. However they very kindly allowed us to check in as the room was available. I have walking difficulties and they had ensured that I had been allocated a suitable room which was much appreciated. A large room with everything that we needed. The shower room was really good. A short way from the town centre with additional shops and facilities nearby. We had several meals in the restaurant which were very good and not too expensive. Convenient for our last day of our trip as an easy drive to Calgary Airport

No issues

Great hotel for staying in Canmore, easy to walk downtown to the shops/ restaurants and walking trails. Very friendly staff. Liked that the Banff airporter dropped off and picked up at this hotel from Calgary airport.

The room was very basic, only a small hanging area for clothes. There was no cupboards/drawers to put the rest of your clothes, we ended up just using our suitcases for the rest of our clothes, even though there was plenty of space around to put some in the room. The air conditioning unit was very loud, it would cut in and out all night.

The pillows were very fluffy and plenteous. The room was quiet. The TV was large. Location was in walking distance to downtown and the A&W across the street was handy for an early breakfast.

Check in was a 4:00 pm and they didn't have our room ready when we tried to check in early. They told us to come back at 3:00 but it was not ready so I told staff I would wait in eyesight of them until it was. The lady said she would call us when it was ready. I checked again at 3:30 because I noticed some people checking in. Sure enough it was available.

The staff are well trained in customer service. The restaurant is top billing. Food was excellent all around. Location is perfect, easy to access coffee sips, stores, highway to attractions. I give it a high rating and l have been traveling for 50 years ((no joke) giving away my age

Not really much of anything. Room’s small but that seems to be the trend now. Squeeze in as many as you can. Just like the airlines

The location was perfect, The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the rooms were great. The hotel had warm vibes. Ample parking spots. The hotel is located next to a mall with good shops and very close to Safeway and Save on food grocery chains. Very close to Highway one helps exiting the town without getting stuck in the morning rush hour. Overall a great spot to set up your base for Banff and Kootenay National parks.

We had a bit of a plumbing issue but it took a while to sort it out. Also maybe it's just summer time but I guess for the price paid breakfast should have been part of the package.
