Our 2 bedroom suite in the main building was perfect for our family of 5. It was beautifully decorated, bright and airy and very comfortable.The ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom allowed everyone more space and privacy. There was lots of room for everyone and all of our things. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prep and eat meals. The fireplace was a lovely addition and we enjoyed the balcony area. We loved the pool and the outside portion of the hot tub. We also appreciated the underground parking and the location of the hotel.

We were greeted by a very unfriendly staff member who was short and a little rude with both our family and an older couple before us. The hallways and lobby area are being renovated, which was a good thing because the hallways were very shabby with peeling carpet and garbage strewn everywhere. While we enjoyed the pool area, the little hallway to enter it and leave footwear was much too tiny and crowded. We were very excited about the fancy steam showers in the bathrooms, but very few of the options worked in either shower. The underground parking was difficult to navigate and find the spots allocated for our hotel.

The room is spacious and clean.

Our check in date is Sept. 25th, and the hotel has already charged me on Sept. 11th according our booking agreement. The woman at the check in station told me she couldn't find my reservation in their system after we arrived. She told me I went to the wrong hotel. I got to show her my hotel email confirmation and reminder, then she finally found my reservation. Surprisingly, my hotel check in paperwork has already printed out and put on the desk even before we arrived. She didn't checked the printed out material and told us she couldn't find it. Her attitude is unprofessional and rude.

A mountain stream going through the centre of the hotel with All the rooms facing inward where you can see the mountain stream with fairly large fish swimming, the stream area is surrounded by gardens and greenery, a swimming pool, a hot tub and nice area to have a meal. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars and that includes the staff. We were supposed to stay only one night but extended the stay because this hotel is a vacation inside a vacation. Peter

Absolutely nothing. If I were to be in charge of finding a place in western Canada, I would choose this one.

me and my family recently stayed at this lovely location and had a fantastic experience! The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—perfect for families. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The only area for improvement would be the housekeeping staff, as they could benefit from further customer service training to enhance the overall experience. That said, the amenities were great, especially the hot swimming pool, which is ideal for both kids and adults to enjoy. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay at an affordable price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly environment. Will definitely be back!

House keeping staff

So much better than I expected! We stayed here with several families who were in the main lodge, while we were in the annex across the street. Hotel room is standard but well-kept and provided a decent amount of space/drawers/hooks etc. It's a 30 second walk across the parking lot to get to the lodge where the pool and restaurant is, and the hotel supplies robes if you want to go over in your bathing suit. The hot tub is great (indoor/outdoor) and the kids loved the waterslide. Food in the restaurant was surprisingly great all around (we were in a group of 30 so sampled most of the menu between everyone). After the trip, we discovered my son left his favorite pj bottoms in the room, and the hotel mailed them back to us for free! Can't beat that for service.

Pillows were too thick/stiff. Bit far off the main street, about a 15-20 walk, which is a bit long in iffy weather.

Great beds and bedding.

Check in attendant did not tell us that to get into the parkade we needed a code or what the code was. We left the hotel shortly after checkin & got back after a wedding at about 11:30 pm in the rain & could not get into the parkade as the door wouldn’t open. Couldn’t find a place to park, had to walk in the rain & nobody working at front desk that time of night. Very thankful our vehicle didn’t get towed.

Please note that this building is pet friendly rooms The carpet in the corridor was full of stains and had a bad odour i reported , well used by pets. If you do not have pets, best to stay in main building Only one chair in room so only one person can sit the other lay on bed

Great pool. Room was clean. Kitchen was well stocked.

The pull out couch had a very thin mattress and was not comfortable. There was minimal parking available for over size vehicles as the parkade had a low clearance height.

We liked that this property was within walkable distance to downtown.

This property does not have enough parking for all guests. Only one parking stall is available per room, which is insufficient when sharing a suite with family members. Also, the underground parking garage stalls are really too small for an average size pickup truck. I only found one handicap parking stall underground, and it’s too small/short for a pickup truck. None above ground! As I have mobility issues, this was very very inconvenient for me. We also found the floors in our room to be very dirty. I don’t think they ever wash the floors! Finally, we had 6 people (adults) staying in our room, and there were only 4 coffee cups. Not enough water glasses either. We had to ask the front desk for spare toilet paper, and an additional blanket.

We stayed here as we had a wedding The room had a great view and it was clean. We needed a cot for our son coming in and they accommodated us right away. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the staff was really friendly and the omelettes were delicious. I would go back here in a heartbeat.
