Central and very appreciated Staff are kind and nice people . I had an emergency and appreciate the Honors courtesy given to me to stay on longer than I expected We need more of kindness in our environment and they provide a comfortable room with facilities adequate for ones needs

Kitchen had a flood of water seeping from the dishwasher when I used the sink . Blocked garburator and possibly previous irresponsible guests who stuffed things down but was sorted by maintenance when I mentioned it

I think I got an apartment room. I had traveled by car 1300 miles and just arrived. I didn't want to deal with the elevator, requested 1st floor, got a great room on the first floor. Just wish you had more food/beverage selection on-site, otherwise options are the lebanese restaurant next door (which was good) and burger king.

More food selection on-site since nothing seems to be near and walkable.

Got ready for my wedding there, plenty of room for the girls to come in the morning and help. The rooms my family were staying in were vlose by. The tub was big, the shower was gorgeous. Loved the normal sized bottles for shampoo etc. The staff were friendly, nice and personable.

I asked for housekeeping to come at 230, as we were getting ready for the wedding but i wanted the room cleaned before my new husband and i got back to have our honeymoon night, we were declined a late clean. I had also asked for someone to reach out to me prior to check in to arrange any honeymoon add ons, and no one reached out.

Spacious, comfortable, functional, quiet, good facility. Some staff mechanical, not too friendly. Airport shuttle. Distance 15 minutes.

Breakfast was not very nutritious. Disposable cutlery and crockery used. Omlettes looked like they were made from egg powder. No vegetables. No food in less than 10 minutes walk in the cold. except for a burger king close to the hotel. Needed Uber to go everywhere.

Breakfast was outstanding . Location close to airport. Free airport pick up and drop off. Room was quiet, clean and large. Pool area was available but we did not utilize it.

Mosquitoes…..unfortunately there were a lot of them outside. This is NOT the hotels fault or problem, just nature. Bring bug repellent.

Some supplies are not available. We forgot to bring a toothpaste, it was too late to go out and get from the store, instead we asked some from the information and they gave us one tiny, very tiny toothpaste, so 6 of us shared one tiny toothpaste that night. Next time it will be the number one in the list. Toothpaste!

Clean room, easy access to parking, elevators, etc.

Location was farther than expected from the airport terminal - 15 minutes. There were other hotels closer that I may have chosen if I had known this. Only 3 bath towels were provided even though I had specified that we were 4 guests. We managed with 3 since we had limited time.

The room floorplan was great and provided privacy for the bedroom and bathroom which was a really nice feature. Also, we had two big screen TV's: one in the living room and one in the bedroom which was also a really nice feature. Any issues or concerns were also addressed immediately.

Nothing. The whole stay was great.

I liked that the bedroom had a bit of privacy

The door we shared with our neighbors, they tried getting through the door in the middle of the night scaring my kids sleeping on the pull out couch. The breakfast hall is TOO small for all the guests

There is a similarity between the 2 hotels that are Hampton both say close to the airport so we had booked the one closet to the airport and went to find out we were at the wrong hotel so had to go back to the airport and go to the one we actually booked. Thanks Great Hotel.
