The Staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful, lovely people. Rooms are big and couch with a extended leg rest is wonderful after a busy day. I find a lot of hotels do not put leg and foot rest in there hotel rooms. Great buffet breakfast and reasonably priced if not included in the price of your room.

We asked for the room to be cleaned everyday but came back one evening to find the room had not been cleaned. Shower was awkward to set water temp and get in the shower. Hot water is not set very hot so you don't have to worry about scalding yourself. That was a plus to the way you had to use the shower. Wall paper in bathroom starting to fall off and tap with a slight hole around spout showing wear.

The room is clean and comfortable . The buffet was tasty if a little overpriced. Check in was courteous and easy. airport shuttle service was great.

The breakfast buffer is overpriced and there are no options for lactose intolerant people. You can get get margarine and soy milk even in second world countries but, when I asked for them, the lady looked at me with a blank expression. I had to drink the coffee black and have my toast and pancakes without. I know, first world problems but it is a first world hotel so...

Comfortable, comfortable, large room with a comfortable bed. The 24-hour front desk was handy. Shuttle service to and from the airport is free and available at any time. It is possible with animals and this was a big plus for us.

It's a long walk to the C-Train station. There were no banks within walking distance. Due to force majeure with a credit card, it was not possible to pay for additional luggage, and the reception refused to help. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel restaurant who helped out, IT is ONLY HIS MERIT that the hotel staff did not spoil the overall impression of the stay. Thank you my friend!

The room was perfect; large and comfortable. A good mattress. I enjoyed the pool with waterslide and hot tub. The price is very competitive. There is a complementary shuttle bus once an hour (it goes from stop 37 near door 16 at 10 minutes past each hour).

I booked only 1 hour before checking in, and right before booking online I called the hotel to ask whether the hot tub and sauna were operational (because I had seen reviews implying they were not). I was assured they were operational, and thus booked and arrived an hour later. To my surprise the sauna was closed. (Reception was not aware of this.) But there was an operational hot tub (and a pool with waterslide).

Our stay at the Radisson Hotel near Calgary Airport was perfect. The hotel met all our needs. The rooms are spacious and friendly, the bathroom offers all you need for a stay (also hairdryer, toiletries etc.), The pool area is also great for some chilling, even though it is not to big. Staff was very friendly and the shuttle to the airport runs every hour (very convenient!).

There was a construction at the whirlpool and swimming lessons for kids (wish we had known that before), but that was not too bad. Also, there is not really any restraurants or grocery stores close to the hotel (except for Superstore Canada around 20min away by foot), but there would be a train station close to the hotel that allows you to drive into the city centre.

It was clean and the guy in the reception was great ! He was friendly and helpful too. We got a complimentary upgrade as well. Thanks to Mr. Ansh ( guy at the fromt desk ) reception. Bathroom was clean and hot water was available 24/7. I would recommend it highly as its also close to the airport. Great view and it also has a clean pool and jacuzzi ! It was a great all in one package for us. If we are ever coming to Calgary again, hands down we will definitely be staying here ♥️♥️♥️

I loved everything ! It was perfect .

From the moment I walked in the door a beautiful Xmas tree greeted me from a long day of flying from Nz . The staff at the front counter was very friendly simple seamless transaction talked about the fact that the Radisson does have a free shuttle from the airport and back again a big plus. I even received an upgrade to a bigger room at no extra cost The room was large especially for me a solo traveller bed comfortable coffee great. Worth the stay

The shower took a long time to get hot

Courtesy bus from airport. Nice foyer, attractive room, plenty of space. Good quiet air con. Comfortable bed and pillows.

There was a small pool - especially good for those with child as it had slides. Jacuzzi ok. Disappointed sauna not working and no steam room. The only changing cubicle did not have a lock on the door so you had to change in your hotel room and come down and back in swim suit through the hotel 😬

it was quiet. nice staff. lovely rooms! clean. beds were super comfy. my bf has a bad back and he did not wake up in pain from the bed. worth the money. worth coming back. the restaurant was really good. good server/bartender lloyd. he was awesome!

the prices in the restaurant were a little higher for what it was worth. we did order nachos the first night and they were bland a soggy.

Everything that we wanted to do was good

They had swimming lessons from 4-7:30 both days we were there. Would have been nice to know that the pool is unavailable instead of finding out when we got to the pool
