We had a very nice corner spacious room with a sofa and a desk chair. The TV reception was very good. But the best was the most comfortable king bed and pillows. One of the best beds we have ever slept in hotel. Staff also very nice especially the lady in the breakfast room.

We had no housekeeping the first day. The second day all they did was take out the garbage and took the used towels. But didn’t leave any new ones We had to ask for Towels. It was disappointing but I think they were short of staff. We didn’t complain too much, we like this hotel and stayed there before with no problems. We probably will go back as their rates are reasonable.

The room is spacious and the staff were helpful. The pool was great for cooling down and overal the facilities were great.

There are a few things that were not great.On the first morning the lady who cleaned the room did not make the bed properly. It looked like she just pulled the bed together.Two pillows were left on the ground where we placed them the previous night. Ghere was popcorn on the floor and it was clear that it was not vacumed. The one dustbin was still full of trash. Management solved it quickly and it was clear that the cleaning lady was not well trained or new. Management treated her well and that is a plus point. The breakfast was a big disapointment. Many reviews highlighted the fact that the breakfast was great. It was the standard and not great. But having said that it is rather positve criticism and not something that will put me off

The breakfast exceeded my expectations—my whole family loved it and I thought it was an awesome spread of options. The room was clean and tidy :)

During the breakfast the TV was on a crime show that was not very kid friendly. I tried to switch the channel, but it kept going onto that show repeatedly because a staff member was watching it. I understand the desire to watch it (I love crime shows), but I had a 2 and 4 year old with me and the scenes of kidnapping etc. were upsetting to them and I had to keep actively distracting them the whole time we were eating. I think more family-friendly or neutral shows (like the news) would be better during the breakfast.

Great location, staff available 24/7, fresh modern building, cozy kitchen area, spacious rooms with long table and microwave, supermarkets, and fast food places nearby. Peaceful neighborhood, peaceful views of the horizon out of the windows. It's pretty clean, not perfect, but good enough. Towels are clean, though.

Breakfast selection is average, didn't have still cut oats cooked, only processed instant one as an option. Only bacon but no sausages. No dried berries or nuts, no Nutella. Apples were the only fruits available. Toilet bowl had 2 small poop spots. I had to wipe it off myself. The gym has practically nothing except the weights and bicycle. Should've at least installed one smith machine.

The room was nice ,the beds were very comfortable and I lost my laptop while checking out. and didn't realize it was gone till I got home. But I went back two days latter to see if they found my laptop, and thank God they had it, because I had all my medical paperwork because I broke my foot.

I wanted to get a suite/sweet room like the room with a hot tube or like a bathtub with jets.but it's in the room like right out sides idea the bathroom. but i couldn't find option online , or maybe I just couldn't find it. That's really all that I didn't like .

Very clean and modern hotel. The room was nice and big, the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The location is nice and felt safe. Everything you might need is close by and it's an easy drive to Edmonton.

As others have said, breakfast hours during the week are from 5:30 to 8:30 AM, which was a bit too early for me. When I arrived, only one of two washing machines in the guest laundry was working, by the time I left they were both broken.

This Inn has an exercise room with equipments, a swimming pool with a hot tub good for more than one guest because the rule is that the pool and hot tub should not be used alone for safety reasons. A BBQ & Grill Montanas restaurant is at the end of this building. The menu is attractive. The Inn provides complimentary breakfast every morning. The front seat staff were pleasant.

The hotel is very nice and the room was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing and friendly. Montanas in the building was also a great bonus. I will definitely stay here again. The bathtub was a soaker tub and was perfect after a long day.

The only thing I could say is that other guests were partying and being loud but that does not affect the hotel. I would definitely be back to this hotel.

Was very happy to get rooms this time because the hotel did not have available rooms a month before my travel, but when I've got refuse from another hotel (opposite one), the Southfort helped me with two rooms in 10 minutes. I was with a group of 7 kids, so they saved us!

Nice, modern, the bed was great (king size) and I slept fantastic. The decor was modern and classy, big windows , felt more home than hotel.

The breakfast. Steamed vegetables and soggy hash browns are not appetizing for breakfast. The pillows are small and somewhat hard. Weird bench with protruding bars at the entrance in the room. Tv had weird burn mark in the picture.
