Staff was welcoming and attentive. In a quieter location of downtown for night traffic during the day its active. Room size was great. Included breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety, the wait staff was energetic and eager to help in anyway.

Interior and decor is showing its age, furniture in rooms was dated and in need of remodel. Room was very clean but showed wear. Coffee pot in room was missing the filter tray. TV performed poorly on several channels couldn't get any smart TV function or streaming services to open. No exhaust fan in washroom leading to humidity and smells lingering. Shower hardware could use a deep cleaning as the chrome surfaces had mineral crust on them not horrible but not up to expection for the price of the room.

Hotel, location, decor and facilities very nice. Plenty of space in the room and a good night's sleep.

We booked for four persons and four breakfasts with Booking.com. At the hotel, breakfast staff said (and at first couldn't appreciate how ridiculous it sounded) that we had booked for four persons with one breakfast. It was straightened out and quite promptly, but was an unwanted hassle and interruption to our first morning. However, every member of staff was polite and friendly, so we would stay here again.

Pet friendly. Beds were comfortable, and one extra bed was added to our room after request. Despite no pool for kids, my young daughter had a really good time at the pool. Staff were helpful when we needed.

I'm not sure if it was only at our room, but the shower head was not the best or was not working properly. And it was hard for me to find a sweet spot to wash my hear due to my high. As a pet friendly hotel, it should have a proper place to dump pets waste. If it has one, it is not well informed as I did not find it.

Good location right downtown

The walkway to the citadel was closed..had to walk on the street in the freezing weather. I assume it's due to the number of homeless people. This problem is getting so bad. Can't even go to the second cup in the library without coming across a bottle of naloxone...the city built Roger's to revitalize the downtown core.. they have to clean it up now. It is becoming a huge detriment to staying downtown

The restaurant was amazing. The chicken wings and roasted nuts were best ever had. Front desk attendant was amazing, she was very informative and happy. Room was very clean. Walk in shower roomy.

Curtains in room block the heater from allowing heat to escape. Curtain should be window height. Soap trays don’t work for holding soap, soap slides out. View of hallway on other side of building. Elevator noise.

The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Loved that AC unit actually worked too! lol

I would've liked it if the maid service to have come in to clean my room every day as they didn't come at all over my 3 night stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing in helping us to make our stay convenient as our daughter got very sick and we had to cut our trip short because of that. We can’t thank the staff enough. They were super.

Staff were fantastic

Paid a mint for parking and then it was full. Location is showing its age. Easy walking distance to my work location and many restaurants but downtown Edmonton is sketchy. Next time I’ll stay elsewhere and pay to drive downtown and park. Workout facilities and pool are not up to Westin standard

Good service and got a nice room with a good view.. The location of the hotel is good and at walking distance from public transport, shopping mall and many restaurants.

The room lacked electrical outlets near the beds for all the phones, laptops and tablets that needed to be charged. Even the outlet under the desk was all used up by the room's appliances, so we had to free it by randomly unplugging things.

I liked how close it was to commonwealth stadium. $10 Uber and then we walked back after the show

Parking. I was told there was parking indoors and outside available and when I arrived it was an absolute zoo and over $100 for one night.
