Front desk staff very friendly. Room was very clean and faced away from the busy Mayor Magrath Drive traffic. Everything was in working order. Extremely quiet room. Breakfast was awesome 🤩

Unfortunately, in Room #507, there was a lingering but not overbearing smell of cigarette smoke. As non-smokers we were a little put off with that, we did mention it to the front desk during check out. They said they would look into it immediately as the facility is completely non-smoking. We were happy and satisfied with their response to the matter.

I was extremely happy with our stay. Beds were comfortable. Room was warm and cozy. Staff were friendly. And hotel and our room were clean. LOVE the refillable shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body wash to help cut out small plastic waste!! Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold options. Overall, we were pleasantly impressed for what we got for the price we paid. Perfect for our one night stay.

Nothing that I didn’t like. But it is a hotel that didn’t have much for kids to do (no pool-which was fine for us as we were not travelling with kids). I feel it is more geared towards the business travellers or the couple travelling.

Excellent breakfast range and super staff

We choose the Lethbridge Ramada often due to the very great hospitality staff as well as the phenomenal cleaning. Our room is always 10/10. We appreciate it so much.

We like it so much I truly don’t have input at this time. All cosmetic upgrades in entrance and to elevator that occurred between our visits to Lethbridge are looking so beautiful.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location was good with reasonable access to fuel and restaurants as well as quick access to the # 3 Hwy for those travelling onward.

Could cut off the AC when the nights cool down. Don't have the option to provide heat to an overly cold room.

Overall the best aspect of the room was how clean it was. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The bed was nice and huge, I had access to plenty of outlets for my electronics and a decent internet connection.

I think what threw me off the most was just how cheap the toilet paper was. It was practically see-threw and I'm really glad I brought me own. Maybe it's a strange complaint but after paying a solid buck, seeing how well maintained everything was I was surprised to see a TP quality equal to a gas station bathroom.

Great value for money. Rate was very reasonable, included breakfast, clean, central location convenient to where we spent most of our time. Beds were comfortable (but not the pillows)

The pillows were not comfortable for me and my spouse. There were many, but all were overstuffed for my liking and it affected my sleep. It would be better to have at least 1 or 2 available that are not as full.

It was good, the bed was comfy and the food is nice too. The only thing was the bathtub it won’t drain out fast when I had a shower so it will build a little bit of puddles. But other than that everything is good, staff are nice and friendly. And the room was clean as well.

The hotel met all our expectations. It is an older hotel but the rooms were very clean, a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a good location. The breakfast was adequate (toast, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal) Considering the low price, we were very happy with our stay and came back the next week when we were travelling thru Lethbridge again.

Our expectations were high, and they exceeded it on every level.

We stayed multiple days. A slight variety on the hot menu for breakfast would be nice. I.e. some hotels rotate sausages and bacon. It is a simple but appropriate touch for the frequent traveler.
